Put an order in through the app at 4:30pm. An hour and a half later it still says “prepping” I tried to call the store to cancel the order multiple times with no answer, seemed the phone was off. It wasn’t until 5 hours later! Around 9:30pm, I think someone tried calling from a different number to deliver, no call from the store and no message left explaining what happened. I can understand a busy Friday night on Halloween, but 5 hours and no contact from the store is ridiculous.

This pizza place is just around the corner from my house, and every time I order and pick up my food, the store is always very clean and the staff are so welcoming. They consistently have great deals, and I absolutely love their veggie pizza and hot wings they are delicious! Thank you for always providing such friendly and welcoming service 😊

The food was well priced and delicious. The lady at the counter was so passive aggressive and asked us to wait because we made her “uncomfortable” while we wanted to watch her make the food. Why have an open kitchen if we cannot watch them make the food?🤷🏽♀️
