The pizza is cut poorly and I asked for extra cheese and cheddar cheese too which looks like they barely put extra. I usually order at the Somerset location and they never disappoint. This location needs some improvement

I've ordered with garlic and herbs, Italian seasoning and Crushed red peppers, they didn't put anything on it and the amount of Toppings they put is too less. Totally disappointed with this order.

I ordered 3 pizzas and pasta for a family gathering to be delivered tonight at 5:15pm. At 5:35 I contacted the store because the estimated delivery wes 5:51pm and the pizza had left the store at 4:59pm. I was concerned because the pizza was not only 35 minutes late but would sit in a car for almost an hour The manager was extremely unhelpful, was difficult to speak to, seemed uninterested in the problem and told me all he could do was wait to see if it was cold, then remake but that would take “many minutes”. So I’m expected to pay for late, cold pizza or wait another hour. Completely unacceptable customer service. The chain should be reviewing this location.

The pizza is always great, and they delivery in a timely manner, but they always do an awful job cutting the pizza. How difficult is it to cut a pizza into 8 equally sized pieces? I feel like they need a jig or something to cut the pizzas properly because they are always so lopsided.
