The server was very quick he reviewed the order but forgot the dipping sauce I had added it to my order but he overlooked it and I forgot it as well. The Pepperoni pizza was very fresh and the slices were evenly cut though there was less cheese than normal.

Workers harassed me in the middle of the night calling me at 1am saying I ordered a pizza, even though I told them they had the wrong number and I’m in Saskatchewan. They then phoned 3 more times and when I answered they just left the phone on without saying anything. Childish, disrespectful employees. Ridiculous actions. I searched the number to find out it was this business. Dominos can kick rocks. The chain has lost my business for good.

Worst pizza ever. It was dried out and burnt and the dipping sauce was missing from the order. Go elsewhere unless you enjoy eating cardboard

My husband and I ordered from there last night (Oct. 7th) we are now suffering from the effects of food poisoning. The staff need to make sure they are following safe food handling practices and washing their hands more.
Ordered on 9/14/2024 at around 5PM. Giving 3 stars as the staff are always nice/friendly and the food (given the condition - see below) was good.
Where my experience slipped was the quality of the service. I ordered online and waited 30 minutes before going to the store for pickup. At arrival they told me it’d take a bit longer (no specific time frame provided) so I waited around for another 25 minutes before asking again if it was ready, which it was done for likely a while up until that point as the pizza’s weren’t hot anymore - but i wasn’t notified earlier and my name wasn’t on the TV screen. Normally they would call your name when it’s done if you’ve already come to the counter before. I would normally be accepting of this if it was super busy (I’ve worked customer-oriented jobs so I’m empathetic to this), but the foot traffic was probably around 5-7 people in the 30 minutes i sat there and 3/6 people behind the till were standing around and we’re just chatting without really doing anything. Didn’t seem like they were overwhelmed by any means.
I live 5 minutes away from this location and this was the first time ordering here where I had to reheat the food at home. I’ll give this location a second chance but if things don’t improve will have to go elsewhere.
Staff is always super friendly. They provide the best service. Always super fast and the food is amazing.

Ordered for pizza at 10:30 pm on Sunday sep 8. Order was placed and App was showing Tarandeep or Taranpreet preparing order and then they have cancelled it without any reason or explaining anything. When i reached at store , group of all 4 employees was standing outside and just doing gossip. Such a pathetic service and no responsibility. Be aware before ordering.
