I just ordered a garlic fingers while I was in the parking lot and it was made so quick and perfect. One of the staff members offered to put Donaire sauce on the top of it after I asked if I could purchase a side of Donaire sauce and they explained they don’t have it for a side orders. The fact that he went above and beyond and the food was so fresh and amazing this deserves five stars. Thank you so much.

This was a make good pizza Dominos gave me because my last experience was poor. This specific location righted the wrongs. They actually put extra sauce on my pizza. There were appropriate amounts of pepperoni, bacon and mushrooms. The pan crust was baked perfectly. Dominos makes a perfect pizza to me. Love this chain.

Tonight I arrived to pickup my order, 2 pizzas and 16 wings. It was chaotic inside with customers waiting due to Halloween, baseball game and also being Friday evening. I arrived and overheard a female complaining that she placed an order at 4:30pm and it was not ready yet…it was 6:05pm at the time. While waiting and observing the staff rushing to get all the orders out, my order was coming out of the oven, including the wings. While moving the wings from the oven to the table, one of the wings fell on the floor. Two of the employees observed it, including the one moving the wings and the guy packing the order. They didnt see that I observed it as well. They packed the 15 wings and handed it to me. I asked “Only 15 wings?” The guy said “no no 16” with a smile on his face handing me the order and wishing a good night. They discussed between them and looked at me to see if I was looking. I really hope that they were not planning on putting that wing in the box, had I not been looking. I could care less about 1 wing short. Had I not noticed it, I would have gotten home, ate and not gave a single fok about it. Had they brought it up that one fell and they are willing to make one if I wanted to wait, I would given them a 5 star review and told them not to worry about it. But it’s the principle behind the lack of customer service and respect, when at least 2 employees knew about it and decided to do nothing, hoping they get away. They lost my trust and probably the trust of other people in there who were waiting. I threw the box of wings on the counter, got my money back and left. I will say that the manager was super good about it and apologized multiple times, even confronting the 2 employees in Hindi i believe. Respect to him as he was doing his best managing the delays, customers dissatisfaction and preparing orders.
I been coming to this location for past 5 years plus and it was always up to standards. But this has ended that streak.
