the girl hung up on me while trying to order then when i called back ignored me when i asked why then she told me they don't deliver to campuses? girl should get fired.

Was very good. Ordered on the way home, and as I have minor disability, is difficult to go inside. Your kind staff brought my order out to my car out front. Saved me some major stress. Thank you!
Staff is good. Managing team is very greedy to Rip you off completely. Be careful before ordering here. Try looking other Dominos near by.

Rip off. I'm not sure what was expensive but same pizza and dipping I paid around$21 at other dominoz but here they changed over $40 and that too uncooked pizza. Try other location.

Our order was completed quickly and tasted great. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
I placed a delivery order for this location. The store made a very, very small error with my pizza, but they caught it and corrected it on their own without even contacting me, and they took steps to ensure I was happy despite the added delay involved in remaking the pizza. Really unexpectedly high level of service here.

Ive never made a review but I felt this time its justified. Just made an online order (pre-paid) and never got it, called the store and the manager said I have a big dog that was barking. Then he hung up on me, when I called to tell him I have no big dog and the only dog in the apartment is in the kennel on the balcony (the only thing you could here is cars passing by absolutely no dogs were barking). He told me that they came to the apartment door (there were other people in the apartment when I went downstairs to the main door). The entire time he was yelling and telling me it's not his fault I didn't come to the door even though I was at the as soon as the driver called, his story kept changing and the last thing he said was there's a picture of the order at my front door so I'm not getting my money back...

Rant to Domino's Store (10100): 3214 17th Ave SW Calgary… ordered a medium pepperoni and bacon pizza, when I received it, the crust and pepperoni were super crispy.. making it so my daughter and I struggled with eating it. I called back to let them know. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes. I received no call. About 15 minutes later, I called back and said I was calling regarding (order number) and he said he tried to contact me a few times. I had just set up a Dominos account for the first time and it was my first time ordering from dominos. The guy on the phone said “I talked to my manager and it seems like every time you order you complain about over cooked, undercooked etc and I remember the pizza was cooked nicely”
(I’m not usually one to complain.)
I told the guy, this is a lie as this is my first time ordering from you guys, I just moved to the area 2 days ago and I only just ordered from dominos for the first time as I have just made an account. (So if he did try to contact me, the number is correct) so he definitely did not try calling me back. He than said I’ll ask my boss again. (He did not ask anyone anything) and then said “I’ll put a free pizza underneath your phone number so you can call and order and the pizza will be free”
I asked if I could just get it replaced now and he said not tonight maybe tomorrow.. I do not believe I will be getting any compensation as if he tried to call me on my phone number I would’ve gotten a call. What makes me think the pizza will be underneath my phone number? ?
Avoid this location if you don’t want issues with your order and no help with fixing.
