Had large donair..meat was cold..not even warm to touch..also dry. It was on the press for 30 seconds. I ate this right away. No grill marks..no heating of meat on the grill. I hope i don't get sick. Also not wrapped right..needs a good twist at the bottom to prevent leaking. Baklava ..not tried..dry..no syrup.

On my recent visit, I ordered a Super Beef Donair and a Snapple Iced Tea, totaling $17.25. Having not dined at this establishment in some time, I was eager to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.
The donair meat lacked the desired texture, appearing overly soft as it was kept in a warmer without being grilled to achieve a crispy exterior. The cheese was not melted, and despite requesting extra sweet sauce, its flavor was barely discernible. While the donair was placed in a grill press after being wrapped, it was not heated sufficiently to create a crisp crust, rendering the step ineffective.
Overall, the dish felt hastily assembled, lacking the care and attention to detail that elevates a dining experience. While not unpleasant, the quality did not justify the price, especially when compared to other establishments offering superior alternatives. Additionally, I found the practice of vacuuming or sweeping near dining areas during service to be off-putting, as it risks stirring up dust and contaminants.
Regrettably, I will not be returning, as the experience did not meet the standard I had hoped for.

I bought chicken doner and it tasted awful and I threw it in the trash immediately. Your food is disgusting. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly staff and the restaurant was clean and bright. If you want to stand out these day, customer service and cleanliness is incredibly important!
Ordered the chicken shawarma and Beef Donair, needless to say I was not disappointed. Regular size was more than enough for one serving and sauces were on point. Veggies and pickles look fresh and inviting, both chicken and beef had proper flavouring.
You have no reason not to visit this place if you love Donairs and Shawarma, so put it in your list!
