Refused to honor the point card saying they have started using a new one. How about redeem the current point card first??

Had the matcha pumpkin milk tea and the osmanthus milk tea! It was so good and not too intense. Great with the jade pearls.

Ordered the Tiramisu Milk Tea and really enjoyed it! The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the milk foam as it was too sweet, but otherwise very enjoyable and unique bubble tea.

I have always been a huge supporter of DYAM since they started on 17th Ave and all of its locations since but this is the last for me after their poor handling of the loyalty program at Market Mall. They have a new program where you need to buy more drinks before being able to redeem and that’s fine but my problem with the transition is they will not honour prior loyalty cards which is just poor business.

Okay place, brown sugar milk tea just tasted like milk no other flavour could of just went to safeway and got a container of milk.

The staff is nice and polite, went there during weekday around noon time, good service & fast.
But the price is a higher than other bubble tea.

Didn’t like it at all. I got float ice cream matcha latte thinking it will taste like a pleasant matcha ice cream cos that’s literally what the name is. But guess what - it tastes like milk and honey! Literally!!! Can’t even taste any matcha. Nothing else but milk and honey! Not to mention that I asked to put less sugar but they made it extra sweet with 50% sweetness. You can see on the picture.

It tastes like something I can make easily at home for less than a dollar. And I paid $9 for it today. Don’t waste your money here!!! Terrible quality and not even worth it.

Good and fast service, go mid-evening on a weekday and you'll get your drink within a minute. Drinks are amazing, they taste great! You are also able to receive a stamp card and a 5 percent discount if you are a student or bring back the plastic cups -- which means great for the environment. Only downside would be the price. It is a little expensive, definitely something you only get once in a while, but you pay for what you get.

I came Tuesday after my work shift to try a new place. Instead I got a rude guy who was not helpful when I asked questions. Will not be returning

Bad fortune, I came in on Wednesday with high expectations, however a rude boy was not helping me when I asked questions about the menu items. Had a better experience when I returned the following Friday however.
