Been here plenty of times before because I love it here! This time, I came on a Wednesday evening with my boyfriend. We were seated right away as it was not overly busy. We got Calamari, Meatballs, Cacio e pepe, and Spicy beef salami pizza. Our food was so good! Everything was flavorful and delicious. The serving sizes were just right. In the past, we’ve had their carbonara, sausage pizza, and mushroom pizza which all tasted fantastic as well!
The service was excellent. We were pretty much in and out in about an hour. Our food came out quite fast and our server checked up on us often. We didn’t have to wait long once we asked for the bill. All the staff were friendly and approachable.
The restaurant is situated inside Chinook Mall. The atmosphere is relaxed and the dining area is well-lit and nicely decorated. The environment is clean and well-maintained.
Overall, we had a great experience here, as always. Will definitely come back soon!

Very disappointed with double zero this evening. I attempted to put in an order on DoorDash 30 mins before closing. I was notified the driver was on the way. An hour later the driver let me know he went to the store but they didn’t have my order. They never confirmed it. I had to order something else and by the time it’s all said and done, a very late dinner.
Love the happy hour here! The pizzas are always well done and it's a great place to stop while you're in the mall. Would recommend!

Excellent gluten-free pizza! We had a hard time deciding which pizzas to try so we will definitely have to come back and try out the other choices!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free pizza available with an additional cost. Baked in a separate oven so that’s always comforting to hear!

I've eaten here many times and always enjoy their pizza, however today we decided to try the pasta and we were pretty disappointed. We ordered meatballs to start, which were chilly and served with a very minimal amount of sauce (though there was focaccia for dipping, but into what?). We were given more sauce upon request but charged $2 extra for it. The caesar salad was good and as described. The tagliatelle bolognese was pretty well inedible. It was all stuck together in a lump that wouldn't break apart and had a strong unusual flavour. It kind of tasted like fennel hamburger helper. We couldn't eat it. For $30 a person, we were definitely disappointed in the meal. Not sure I'll be back, even for the pizza, which is a shame because it's a beautiful space, quiet atmosphere and good service.

GF Pizza was okay while the regular pizza crust was pretty good, just how a 00 crust should be. Need to work on the toppings for both pizzas. (Stingy)
One of the servers took the condiments away even if we haven’t started eating. I suggest to not touch/remove anything on the table if there’s still customers.
Enjoyed the arancini the most!

We enjoy the happy hour special
DISAPPOINTED! Ordered a GLUTEN FREE 6 cheese pizza to go (directly from the restaurant) only to find out at home that it is REGULAR crust! The server also handed it to my husband and said “gluten free 6 cheese pizza” and it’s clearly NOT!
To pay this inflation on food and they don’t accept any phone calls that we can even correct the order!

The restaurant has nice and bright view, the weather was great during our lunch time. We ordered pepperoni pizza and carbonara for me and my husband, both taste good but quite salty, kind of a waste of those good ingredients. We just stayed in the restaurant around 30 mins, because the server was very rushing. She asked us if we need anything else or just the bill while I was still having my last bite of pizza. There were just three groups of customers with 2 servers at that time. I feel I just having a quick bite rather than enjoying our lunch.

Our server, Jenna did an amazing job! There were several very large parties at the same time last night and she handled it well.
We had never been there before and trying to figure out how to get to the restaurant, even though I had a general idea where it was, proved to be like being in a scavenger hunt. We utilized the information boards a total of 5 times just to get to this little entrance on the lower floor of the mall, when it's really on the second floor. Better signage would be better.
The food, variety and portions certainly made up for the adventure of getting into the restaurant. Servers are helpful and added to the experience. Although we were there as a group, I certainly left feeling like I met new friends. I will go back again without hesitation.

Food was great but service was very slow. It seemed like forever to get our beverages and the same with appy's, entrees etc. Even getting after dinner coffees at the end took a long time
Great ambiance, good service!
