I have been ordering from this place since I moved close by. It's always fast and fresh! I had an excellent experience Christmas Day (pre-ordered for 6pm). Food arrived hot and right on time! I'm glad I found this restaurant. Definitely my go-to!

Love the food here but sadly, our experience this evening has ruined this place for us. Knowing that it was going to be really busy as it is NYE, we placed an order for picked at 5pm for 7pm. My husband arrived at 7pm to pick up our order. After 35 minutes of waiting, he asked the staff when he could expect our pick up order to be ready and he was told "I don't know, the kitchen is backed up". No attempt was made to provide an ETA. After another 10 minutes of waiting, he told them to cancel the order as this was completely unacceptable. When my husband called me to let me know what was going on, he told me another customer has just placed her order on uber eats less than 20 minutes prior, walked in and picked up her order with minimal wait. I called the restaurant to confront them about this and the young guy that answered the phone was the same that took our order. NO apology made for their error, no offer to make this right just told me that if I wanted to speak with the owner to call back later at a time. I understand it is busy, but treating your paying customer like they don't matter without even so much as an apology speaks volumes about the business itself.

I get it: it’s Christmas Eve. But that’s why I always *preorder* (this time on the 23rd) our meal. My husband is Celiac so gluten-free isn’t a choice, it’s a health reality.
I (along with many, many others trying to pick-up their preorders) show-up at 5pm to pick-up my order and am met by utter chaos. I’m also told there was an “error” with the preorders and there will be a wait. Spoiler alert: it’s a long one.
I’m quite patient and empathetic, but after 30-minutes, and watching two other people who came in *after* me leave with their orders not to mention the Skip driver’s whose orders may or may not have been prioritized, my holiday good will was rapidly diminishing.
The kicker? When I did finally get my order, and prior to leaving asking the beleaguered staff to review it for accuracy, it was wrong…which we discovered upon getting home. Not much dinner for my husband, but preferable to a night of gut-wrenching pain for him. Frustrating and disappointing experience.

Garbage food. Id give it 0/10 Seems like they served us yesterday's left overs. Everything was dry like it had been microwaved before we got there. Not hot. Salt and pepper squid was like elastic bands the chicken in the chicken fried rice turned to powder when I chewed it in my mouth. The dry ribs were battered bones and fat with little to no meat. The real kicker is them serving me a measley portion of dried out BBQ pork in a container mostly filled with some little crackers to take up space. I took the pork off the crackers to really see how much we got scammed for the dish. Really disappointed these people have zero integrity serving people absolute garbage. When I called they said they would give me a store credit. When I told her about the pork she agreed it was over cooked and still served it to me. I'll be telling everyone to avoid this place at all costs. They can keep that store credit. Could get better Chinese food from the safeway hot section.

Unclear menu pricing, rude service on phone and in person, order was wrong. When I called to complain about no sweet&sour sauce on the sweet&sour pork, she said make it up on next order, then hung up before I could give her my name. Food wasn't great, but poor service says I'll never be back.

Went there last night with the wife to order take out, we absolutely loved our food!
Food was very tasty and fresh, usually with Chinese take out I would feel sick to my stomach after a few hours when it’s processed food but with this restaurant I didn’t have that issue.
I live Deep South and will probably make the trip again just to get some more of this great restaurant!
