They advertised that they had all these flavours for milkshakes but when I asked for one they said they actually only have chocolate and vanilla. Gravy was from a can. Burgers were burnt on the outside but undercooked on the inside.
This place seems like it may have once been great. I'm not sure what happened.

Its the best place in calgary for a burger. Theyre wonderful.
I've mostly quit eating out because I find almost every place in calgary is too expensive and not worth the quality they give you. I generally wouldn't eat out anywhere, but if I'm going past this place or I'm in the area I'll get there if I can because it is worth it.
I also don't tip because I hate tipping culture, it seems likenobody deserves the tip in this city, but I would be happy to tip at this place as their service and burgers are exceptional

The burgers are incredibly satisfying, and I can't help but think about how delicious the fries are when they're fresh. And that gravy—it's out of this world! I truly enjoyed my experience there and would love to go back again. 😋

I visited on April 5th, 2025 as I used to live in the area when it opened and the food and service was always good. Well today while the food was alright the service was anything but. I ordered a regular country style poutine at 5:02pm and five! Yes 5!!! People who ordered after me got thier order 1st! Three of them were burger and poutine ... how they got thier order 1st is beyond me ... it wasn't until 5:25pm that I got my simple poutine a whole 22 minutes after I placed my order for a poutine ... that's absolutely absurd and I will not be back anytime soon.

Patties burnt to a crisp. Burger is dry. I’ve had better burgers at Walmart Charity BBQs than this one. Disappointing considering the quality this establishment had in the past. Will not be returning.

the images of the burger they show it's not what they offer. you can see clearly a price for the burger and then they charge you for bacon when it's already offered in the image for the normal price. it's a scam it'd say

Waited at the counter for at least 15 mins without so.much as a hello while 1 lady cooked another order. Eventually she said she would be right with me. Another lady came up shortly after and instead of taking my order: took one of a lady that just walked up. Tried to give my order to the original lady and she said the new lady will take it after she is done with the customer who had just walked up. Just said I had been waiting long enough and left

Worst ever veggie burger I have eaten my whole life.No flavour . veggie patty was burnt . It was bitter and burnt.
The burger didn't have the flavour I was expecting, it was a pretty standard burger but it satisfies the appetite. The poutine was good, I liked the cook on the fries and the perfect amount of gravy and cheese.

Burgers are great, service is great. Prices are pretty good, and always happy with the quality. It's become a habit to grab a burger while doing my grocery shopping at westbrook, and it makes me actually look forward to shopping for groceries :)

Good lord talk about a fall from grace. I've been coming here since the joint opened but after the horrendous service I received today I'll never be coming back. To echo some of the other reviews I see here, the blonde woman working the counter is awful. She had zero manners, didn't even say hello when I walked up to the counter, and when she did speak she just barked things at me. Also it cost $33 for two burgers (which were fine), lol, lmao.
