Earls is a classic choice and you can always be assured of good service and good food. I did, however, find this location very noisy over the lunch hour making it difficult to visit. 
Shared 2 appetizers between friends, each ordered their own main, and then shared the dessert. Shrimp and Pork Dumplings: really good, would recommend Truffle Fries: crispier than I expected, would recommend I ordered the Filet Mignon with truffle butter (medium rare). I had never had filet mignon steak before and liked it a lot. Maybe the broccolini could've been a little more crispy, but still cooked really nicely. First time we were sat right beside kitchen was super noisy. Couldn't talk , super Loud and many dishes were dropped. Very disruptive spot. plus the 3 lights above us were annoying , need to be lower watt. Felt were under a spot light. Need to be dimmed. Next res learned to ask to be away from the kitchen 🥴
