All of our food was quite delicious, but the service by Taylor was not up to par. She was not consistent, slow and at times stand offish and seemed to have a bad attitude. We ended up sitting with our plates in front of us for a while, waiting a while to order and no one cleaned up our plates at the end.. they turned the lights off while we were at our table and it was 8:45pm! We had a group of 10 and we spent about $750 all on one bill.

We always look forward to eating at Earls Tin Palace, however it seemed like the kitchen wasn't up to snuff Thursday night. The burger, fettuccine and steak (3 guests) were just mediocre. The burger was tasteless, the fettuccine was dried out and the steak was overcooked (ordered medium rare). Just an off night for Earls I think. PS My husband wanted me to mention the margaritas...which were really good, but a very small drink because the glass had 90% ice.

I routinely visit this Earls for the food and vibe. This time around, it was a let down. I ordered the burger, a personal favorite. It arrived cold, burnt and significantly smaller in stature than what is normally served. Fries were cold also. Two other meals at our table were entirely incorrect as well. If it weren't for the fact that it took a long time to get our meals, we would have given our server an opportunity to correct things; however, we were on a time crunch and didn't feel that would be worth our time. I will still consider Earl's, but perhaps not as enthusiastically as before.

Our server Clara was phenomenal and very attentive. Kept the refills coming, our water glasses full and checked in on us regularly. We always enjoy brunch at earls. It's laid back and always tasty.

She acted with so much patience, grace & kindness— coupled with the highest level of professionalism, I was shocked to learn that! I would come back here if she is the only server here. Food / atmosphere was cool too.

Love the new brunch menu. A traditional shakshouka with great eggs! Olives add a nice touch. The shakshouka has a hint of smokiness. Toast is great. Look forward to trying the breakfast taco and the pancake next time!
