As usual the food and service were very good and it was a lively place to be. I do think that they need to find ways to perhaps have some types of specials or offers that can make it a bit better value for the money..
Very nice and bright atmosphere, great service, great food, only bad thing is that you have to pay for parking.
Noise level was too high couldn't talk across the table Happy hour no longer in dining room which we used to come for.
Earls used to be our family go to for years. This past weekend experience was awful and we are definitely not going back . All food was subpar and had no taste plus everything was cold by the time it made it to our table.
Ordered a well done steak very adamant that it needed to be well done it was medium well on arrival. They put the steak on a plate and took it back in the kitchen for 10 to 15 minutes. Disappointing to eat our meal separately.
Came for a quick meal and business meeting on Friday at 5:30pm. We were sat in the back of the dining room where it was a bit less noisy. Moon our server was great. He was on top of everything, very friendly and efficient. Quality service. Both the appetizers, drinks and entrees were on point. Overall great experience.
My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here and it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our evening special, they even surprised us in the end. The food was absolutely delicious - every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable. I can't wait to come back and try more items from their menu. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
Our server Moon was great, he delivered an elevated service which was very professional. Earls prices are getting quite expensive but we like the food service and atmosphere.
The service level was not to the same standard as this Earl's location is known for.- - this was especially disappointing as the restaurant was not busy at all during our two hour luncheon.. The south kitchen access door was opened frequently which sent a huge blast of frozen air into and through several tables. This was apparently a known issue that has not been resolved.
We had an amazing time for a birthday. Lots of us creating chaos and the staff were so patient.

We started with California rolls. My wife is gluten Free. Our server was able to determine that they Could be made that way. They were excellent I had the blackened chicken. It was good, one breast Was overdone but edible. My wife had the Santa Fe Chicken salad. Was disappointed. Too much garlic And the chicken was overdone. One note re wine by The glass; when an 8 ounce glass costs more than A bottle at the liquor store; you have a value problem
Staff was great. And I understand it's the times of inflation but two of us had chicken Alfredo for 26 bucks which included 4 maybe 5 ounces of chicken and a portion of pasta that a 6 year old could eat. Tasty but pretty skimpy on the portion.
Everything was great except they didn't have this reservation when we got there so we didn't get the patio as requested.
All good Found food just ok Service was great People friendly but could improve on food I ordered chicken kung pao Not enough veggies Very heavy not fresh
Open concept has high noise level always! Waiter was attentive and most meals good. 1 had cold vegetables and fries that had to be returned to kitchen!
