This place is a textbook example of how poor management can ruin what should be a great establishment. The turnover rate is ridiculous, and it’s no surprise - when leadership treats staff as disposable, the whole operation suffers. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment, management seems more focused on micromanaging and making impulsive, short-sighted decisions. It’s reflected in the service, the atmosphere, and the general sense of disorganization. A business is only as good as the people running it, and unfortunately, this one is sinking fast. Do better

We had an amazing experience thanks to Morgan! She took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and always checking in with a smile. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made our meal even more enjoyable. Excellent service from start to finish.

I usually love earls, this time was a little different. Edwardo was our server, he seemed fine at first , but when it came to our food coming he was not attentive at all. We had order the Spinach dip and I have been to earls plenty of times to see that spinach dip was not nearly as much as they normally give, so I waited to ask about it and he finally came around to ask us how our food was AFTER it was already almost done , I asked why it wasn’t nearly as much as normally given , we still had lots of bread and chips left, and he said he’d check… never came back after that to explain at alll. Then our main food came, he yet again didn’t ask how our food was, I was out of Coke Zero for so long and he didn’t come by for me to ask for a refill at all. My fiance had to call him in order to give us a refill. Service was not up to par at all. When it came to pay, our payment wasn’t working and my fiance had asked if he can try again or maybe the machine isn’t working and he said no it just your card. Otherwise food for the most part was great other than the spinach dip.

5 stars for the hostesses! Super friendly and lovely to interact with! 0 stars for the bartender and manager who gossiped about me and my date, right in front of us thinking we couldn't hear it. Bad taste friends, bad taste. We came to spend money and enjoy ourselves, instead we were mocked and recieved poor service.

I wanted to give zero stars for the non Service we received yesterday at this location for lunch. The server was one of the worst i have ever had in my 59 years. After she brought our appetizer and first round of drinks, she never once came back to our table?! Our drinks were empty and dirty plate on the table, we waited for an extra 30 minutes and still no service while we watched her serve other tables - all with men at them. We were two women. We got up and asked another worker to please bring our bill. My daughter left her a 15% tip because she is an x waitress herself, I would have left nothing. I wanted to speak to the manager but my daughter wasn’t comfortable with that. We Ended up going to the earls in Shepard down south when we left and had a wonderful experience with an incredibly sweet and efficient waitress. What a world of difference between the same franchise. Hire qualified people, they are out there.

We visited the earls today and ordered a pizza, but it was never brought to us. After 40 minutes, the waitress Emma asked if we wanted to order anything. I asked where my pizza was, and she said she would check. Then the manager came and told us that the pizza had burned and that they would make a new one. However, the real reason was that the waitress had forgotten my order. This is not my first time at this café, but I won’t be coming back. She also didn’t offer any water. When I asked for water, she didn’t bring a glass. When we ordered tea, she didn’t offer any sugar. And this was despite the fact that the café wasn’t very busy. Btw, pizza was good. Eventually, the pizza wasn't included in the bill

I only come to earls during happy hour because I just think it's overpriced for what it is. Hostess and the curly hair gentleman were super nice. Our waitresses was ok, not super attentive. This is a good location and the people in the lounge are generally good crowd.
Took my girlfriend here for my anniversary and Elle was our server and made the entire night so beyond amazing for her and I . She was so wonderful and I just wanted to acknowledge that

I ordered two of the chicken lettuce wrap duos for happy hour. Unfortunately it was all lettuce and hardly any chicken. The chicken I did have wasn’t the freshest, which was disappointing.
