By far the worst restaurant i’ve ever been to.The service that I received at this particular Earls was awful, very unprofessional and to the specific waiter that we received she is a person who is a racist, discriminator and all in all ignorant. Our afternoon first starts with us placing an order for oysters to which we were denied because “there are only four left” (apart from that they didn’t give us a single one and tried to charge us a dozen of them). That being said we place a different order of appetizers, then had to wait a total of fifteen minutes for us to get any sort of service. The waiters sorry excuse was “I apologize I assumed you guys were only getting appetizers” chuckling as she’s saying it, clearly based off the way we looked. Those types of comments should never be told to ANY customer, especially when your job is customer service and you’re there working for tips. Now for the food. The appetizers: spinach dip and truffle fries were mediocre, two of the three mains (a burger and mushroom tortellini) were alright but that last dish and the most expensive dish there (surf and turf 9oz) was absolute dirt. Everything on that plate was wrong.. I asked for a medium rare and got a well done, the prawns felt like you were chewing on a hockey puck from how overcooked they were and the vegetables were burnt. To the person reading this, if want a better place to eat i’d suggest The Keg on 130 Ave. It’s better by far.

My family really enjoyed this restaurant. The service was great, the food was great, the atmosphere was lovely. The restaurant was very clean and looks beautiful even the bathroom. I liked the kombucha as well. My young kids were a bit bored here because it’s not really so child friendly nothing for them. They had a pizza and juice and were happy with that though. Maybe I will let them bring their own colouring page while they wait to stay occupied if we come again soon. I tried some of everything and everything tasted good. The surf and turf plating wasn’t that pretty though for a more expensive dish I expected more. The yuzu tataki dish was plated beautiful and tasted awesome. The pizzas were both good but they could have used more cheese for sure, if a pizza has cheese on it it should cover the pizza fully. Otherwise a perfect experience.Vegetarian options: A thoughtful and delicious looking vegetarian section with tofu and such, and other veggie options throughout the menu such as some of the great pizza options.Dietary restrictions: Many options.Parking: Downtown Calgary. Gotta pay for parking and walk a little if you don’t walk here from somewhere else like we did.Kid-friendliness: No stuff for kids, bring your own to keep them occupied. No kids menu. Kids were happy with pizza and apple juice though.

Went here for lunch. Everything was extremely disappointing. My food was literally 6 bites, which meant I was sitting there awkwardly while the rest of my family ate, and I ended up going elsewhere to get an actual meal afterwards. What I ordered came with cilantro (which I hate, and was not on the menu). Cilantro needs to be on the menu. People need to know what is in the food they're ordering. We ordered something with soup, which arrived with no spoon and by the time the spoon came, the soup was cold. We ordered a chicken sandwich and were given 2 pieces of chicken on fries, but charged extra for something else. The food wasn't good, weird, and overpriced. Also the restaurant was dead, except for 5 tables that were all seated side by side, which was annoying. For some reason they put us on a wait list for 5 mins before seating us. Server was not attentive and we waited way too long for the bill, considering how dead it was. Don't imagine we'll be going back.

Our family had a wonderful dinner here, thanks to Oleksandr, who is working here, and invited us. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Brogan, our server, was simply amazing, adding to the excellent dining experience. We ordered the salmon, poke bowl, west coast pizza, and cheesecake, and each dish was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend visiting for an unforgettable meal!

Such a lovely space, relaxing environment, great 9pm till 1am Saturday night with Happy hours drinks and snacks. Had a lovely anniversary meal and excellent easy menu adaptation for Gluten-free and Dairy-Free options including a dedicated fryer. Very happy ? with our experience.Dietary restrictions: Dedicated Fryer, almost everything on the menu can be adapted by request and the servers take it very seriously.Parking: Right behind the restaurant there is paid parking.
