Fabulous food, fabulous service! Never have we had a bad meal at Earls. Today was the first day of patio weather, so everyone was taking advantage. It was a bit noisy, but we enjoyed it anyway!
Our waitress was friendly, charming, efficient and welcoming. She discussed the menu knowledgeably, offered suggestions, we all ordered light meals that were delicious. Relaxing atmosphere although the patio area can be a trifle loud (at lunch moreover!) A very pleasant visit.
We enjoyed eating on the heated, enclosed patio. The kitchen thoughtfully split our salad and delivered it on two plates.
We love the Santa Fe chicken salad...always good and really good today. Nice ambiance on the covered, heated patio.
Service was excellent - our server checked in on us and was very friendly and gave a great recommendation for dessert. We both had 6 oz sirloin, which were cooked perfectly. The food took a little longer than I would expect, but we weren't in a rush so didn't matter. We were seated next to a large group who were celebrating something. I'm glad they were having a good time, but at times it was a little loud at our table. Next time I see a big table I will ask to sit further away.
Our server Kevin was excellent. The food was very nice. The chicken wings were a bit over cooked and dried out. The Caesar salad and prawns was very nice and fresh. We had 2 orders of the new spicy crab rolls and they were very good as well.
Everything was great except the noise level. My guest and I were sometimes shoulding and to hear the waiter was sometimes difficult. Be he was really great in repeating his requests. Also my frieds birthday luch and the little dester he brought us to share was really really good!!!!
Good service, but the food was forgettable. The space feels cramped, and the layout could definitely be improved for a more comfortable experience.
It was good but service was slow. The server only had a couple of tables so it could have been way better.
Food was good.

Shame that the portion sizes of the Cajun chicken Caesar salad has gone down. It was half of a small dried chicken breast, hardly any dressing, and the side bun was cold. Waste of money to go there.

I’ve never written a review online before, but my experience at Earls Westhills was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. Having worked at Earls Tin Palace, I know what the standards should be, and unfortunately, Delaney didn’t meet them.
My partner and I arrived at 9:30 and sat down in the lounge. There were no napkins, cutlery, or water glasses. We watched as Delaney went around filling other tables' water glasses, but when she noticed ours were missing, she simply put the water jug away and never returned with any water for us. We were ignored for quite some time.
When Delaney finally came to take our order, she quickly left. Most of her attention was spent flirting with the group of guys at the table across from us. We initially wanted to stay longer, order multiple drinks, and even get dessert, but after waiting so long, we decided to pay the bill and leave. She would’ve received a larger tip if our bill total had been higher, but the lack of service made that impossible. Once we received our food and drinks, we didn’t see her for another 15 minutes.
This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I was extremely disappointed with how things were handled.
**Updated Review:**
After my initial review, I wanted to update it to acknowledge how well the situation was handled by the manager, Derek. While my experience with Delaney was disappointing, Derek took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed everything promptly. He genuinely apologized for the poor service and offered to make things right, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that Earls Westhills values its customers and wants to ensure they have a positive experience. Thanks to Derek’s professionalism and attentiveness, I’m willing to give it another try in the future.

Only issue was confusion about seating, after a clearly-communicated reservation.

The tallest hostess with the wavy hair tight up in a ponytail ignored the fact that we were next in line last night (January 4th) & started talking to & helping the guy behind us (really? That’s a basic thing to follow in restaurants). We proceeded to seat ourselves I guess and only then a different hostess followed us to assist. We went next door.
