Great customer service! We love the steak, drinks and the chicken. The salmon was replaced with chicken wings at no extra cost based on our feedback. I would suggest that pictures of the foods are included beside the names, as this would give a great view of what the options look like. Overall, , the service is excellent

Service was overall pretty poor. Had to wave down staff since our server was rarely to be seen. While the food was tasty, most dishes arrived cold.

The server and the food was really nice and welcoming. The minus 1 star was because I constantly felt that the table was being eyes down to see if we were done with the food and wanted a takeout box. But there seemed to be so many empty tables around us.

The table they assigned us felt sticky, as if a sugary drink had been spilled on it moments before and they cleaned it with a dirty rag and it was left sticky.

Everything good but mens bathroom a real big mess, place wasn't that busy why not check the bathroom once an hour makes the experience so much bettet?

Great Happy Hour. The roaster corn and avocado dip is really good, along with the Chicken and pickle skewers. Great atmosphere. Air conditioning was a little high, but still enjoyed ourselves.

The issues with this outing include menu familiarization and attention to detail in the service area. When asked about the 'spicyness' of the Poki bowl on the menu, the waitress said not at all. In fact it was too spicy and had to be sent back. The waitress had no clue and should have inquired with kitchen or manager. Also, the side avocados were brought after the meal was finished and dishs cleared from the table. The waitress appeared to be new to waitressing and not familiar with the menu. The refill soda drinks were brought one at a time instead of asking the table of seven. This caused repeated trips and forgot orders, not very efficient. The reservaltion was at 7pm, after dinner rush and there were only 3 other tables in the entire section. Will NOT be back.
I always like this place for a small group gathering / dinner, including some relaxing and quiet business meetings. There are sufficient options for food and the services are always excellent.

The waiter was unprofessional towards us. I tried calling him several times, but he ended up walking by and didn't even pay attention. We asked one worker for the bill and waited for about 15 minutes. In the end, no one brought it to us, so I had to ask again. The food was delicious and it was nice to get a "birthday dish", let's call it that. And the weirdest thing is that my friends took a table in my name, because I was late, but in the end I received an email from OpenTable that I was not present at your place and now they will probably charge me another $25 for this. I left a huge amount of money in your establishment, but the attitude of the waiter was such that you should pay me extra, really. I doubt I will ever come to your restaurant again.

We celebrated 2 birthdays and the staff offered us a special birthday treat and the food was very tasty and good portions for the $$ value. Presented well and the staff was attentive and accommodating.
