when i tell you we had the best experience this time at east side mario’s I MEAN IT!! we had our anniversary date here and were greeted with a phenomenal and kind host and absolutely spectacular server named Fatima!! she was a rockstar and made us laugh on top of that. highly recommend coming to visit!! AND every other tuesday they do BALLOON ANIMALS ARE YOU KIDDING IM OBSESSED!! they made it into a couple of love birds for us. thank you east side mario’s, see you in 2 weeks on tuesday!!

Went on a lunch date and our server Fatima was incredible! She was really friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend coming here. Great customer service overall. 10/10!!

This establishment needs to re-evaluate the way its management speaks to their staff. Came in for lunch when it started to pick up as we were halfway through our meals. Our server whom we observed, had many tables and was working her hardest to tend to her customers. I overheard our server being rudely commented by her supervisor to just clean her tables because said supervisor felt she was the one serving her tables for her. The tone and level of unprofessionalism was appalling. Schedule more servers, maybe? When we had asked our server to bring our bill and a take out box, not only did she seem out of breath, she still had a big smile on her face and was very happy to do so. Her service was wonderful considering how busy they got, our meals were delicious but that supervisor was out of line. We made sure our server knew she was doing a great job and for keeping her composure from the rude comments.

We had Fatima as our server for our dinner on Aug 31 at the Sunridge location. She was absolutely great! We didn’t have to ask for anything as she was already on top of it. It made for a pleasant dining experience and I hope she gets recognized by her management for a job well done.
