Today I visited this place, but unfortunately I had bad experience with the service provide in here. They don't have any diet drinks, part of my meal arrive so late almost when I finished my lunch, and the actitud of the waitress was not the best, I understand the busy time at noon but they need to remember they are the face of this especial place. Today we leave this place sadness and disappointed 😞

It's probably the worst schnitzel and Spaetzle I ever had. Yes I do have some bad reviews because there is so much garbage food out there including the Edelweiss village. For a small charge I could teach you how to make Schnitzel. My advise is That go and learn how to make real German schnitzel.

I was shopping here and I had the best experience ever. The young wonderful sales lady by the name of Victoria assisted me by helping me find everything I needed and more. I experience felt like I was back over in Europe when I heard her accent and seen all the different European and German things everywhere. When I asked her where she was from, she explained she was from Ukraine and that made total sense to why she sounded so familiar to my European travels. She knew the products really well and was able to make suggestions on what I should look at to purchase after she patiently waited to listen to my ideas to buy stuff based on my travels over in Germany. I was there to buy some unique European gifts for my husband and she made sure I did that. She did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and took the time to take me to show me exactly what I needed. She gave great recommendations and my husband loved everything I came home with. What a valuable sales person Victoria is and knowledgeable asset to this business. If anyone is looking for a great experience shopping at Edelweiss, I would highly recommend you look for a lady by the name of Victoria from Ukraine that works there. I am sorry I don’t remember exactly how she spelled her name but she told me when I come back for another shopping trip again (from BC) to just ask for Victoria from Ukraine and they will make sure to find her and she will take care of my or anyones business again. You will not be disappointed. She is a top notch great person and sales lady working for a company that she obviously is really passionate about and enjoys helping her customers to make sure they have the best experience possible. We shop here multiple times a month. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming and they have interesting products.
I just went for a cup of coffee and enjoyed sitting out in their sunroom where I could watch life pass by on the street. But I accompanied my coffee with a very flavourful slice of apple strudel. There were so many more tasty looking items in the deli that I will sure to be returning soon. I also noticed they have a very good selection of items in their bakery, and that's always something I want to check out.

A Bavarian/German/Swiss and more Mecca! So much selection for fresh made food, European deli meats, cheeses, bread, chocolates, desserts, etc. Giftware and kitchenware galore, even authentic cuckoo clocks!

Food waa ok. Not great for the price. Service was also ok. Staff are busy and don't take the time to be nice. Been there years ago, and staff were better then. Won't go back cause it was just ok and pricey. Wish I could say it was great. Atmosphere was great and lots of cool stuff from Europe. Staff ...I know your busy but take the time to be nice...not just take my order. Thank you.

I used to love this place and often bought nice products. My husband and I had breakfast around 9:30. The staff were friendly at the first, and I appreciated them checking on us a few times. But it was getting interesting later. We were there for just 20 minutes, and being checked on more than three times in that short time was a bit much. While my husband was in the bathroom, an older lady with grey hair came over with the payment device and asked me to pay, even though I was still drinking my coffee and hadn’t asked for the bill. It felt disrespectful and disappointing, even though the rest of the staff were polite.
What a surprise! European shopping at home.
