I dined in at Edo Japan and had a great experience. We tried both beef and chicken, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The beef was tender, the chicken was juicy, and the vegetables were fresh and well cooked.
Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable dine-in experience, and I would definitely come back again.

I wanted to write this review a week after so i wouldn't be recognized.
i wanted to dedicate my first review to that sweet boy who had very good English which made it super easy to understand the very complex and unorganized menu Edo has. Great service, kind boy, he has been raised well. Not only that, his skills and fluidity with cooking was super impressive my meal was finished 2-3 minutes after purchasing and i believe he was working alone up front. I am not used to this style of fast food and the experience was super delightful. Thank you again, the food was delicious.

Amazing service. I felt welcomed! I need to use Westjet vouchers, which is such a hassle, but they accepted them without losing smiley face!
The food was good as well. Not too salty, not too sweet, just perfect! One of the best Asian food I have had in Canada! The bubble tea (I got a black sugar one) was good as well! The taste of black tea was gorgeous :)
And the restaurant offers CHOPSTICKS!!! I love it very much since I am still not used to using forks. Thank you for your consideration!
I'll definitely come here again if I could get the opportunity to visit Calgary again.

It was good that they offer a vegan option : tofu teriyaki, unfortunately the taste was blunt. A little sauce, unsalted (keep in mind I usually don’t put any additional salt on my food), few mushrooms and mostly rice with cabbage. It’s ok if you are hungry and this is the only option. The service was quite fast and the staff was very friendly.
