Very disappointed with our order today. Ordered 20 piece veggie and received 14 pieces. I'd not recommend in the future.
We asked for extra shrimp, they charged us for extra shrimps. Didn’t give us the recipe, and when we get home found out non of us got shrimp. It’s just those little thing that frustrates the most, after a long day of commute, and just want have the the food made right to our liking for the price we paid? My suggestion is that double check your orders before left r the restaurant.

My issue with this location is the same person handling my food is handling the bathroom key.
Best take out Edo I've had in years!

Incredible customer service! I placed an order and received it without cutlery. The manager instantly went above and beyond by personally bringing us the cutlery. I really didn’t expect that level of service! It shows that this Edo location truly cares about its patrons. The food was also very fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Would have loved to eat, unfortunately after driving here at 9.35 they had closed.

Awful, worst sushi I've ever had. I think a three year old made it. Every piece was a different size, height and width. It was dry, the rice was not sticky and most of the pieces fell apart, some not even joined up. I will not be eating there again! If I could do a review with no stars, it would get no stars....

In my effort to give detailed feedback on businesses, I recently went back to Edo Japan at 9737 Macleod Trail S B470, Calgary, AB T2V 5H5 for the third time. Each time, I was impressed by how clean it was and how nice the atmosphere was. Today stood out because it was so peaceful, which made me appreciate the great customer service even more, especially from Maam WAW and Nicole. Their attention to detail really made a difference, showing how hard the whole team works to keep everything in top shape. Edo Japan deserves recognition for consistently going above and beyond in various aspects of their business that deserve both praise and improvement!RMP DREAMSCRIBE STUDIOS

The food gave me food poisoning for three days that I threw up two times in a day, the staff were friendlier to other people but me and my mama, they were just staring at us and was giving off bad energy, and the food tasted weird, especially the broccoli,

It looks and tastes exactly as it seems from outside. We popped in for a light snack before heading to an activity nearby. Picked a la carte - 6p cucumber rolls, 4p volcano rolls. They accidentally gave us 4p salad rolls and they were nice enough to let us just take the additional four rolls on top of what was ordered. For what we paid for it was around 10 bucks for 10 pieces of sushi and it was not worth it. It's really overpriced, tastes like western convenience store sushi at best and I can't stress how tiny the rolls are. The wasabi was tasteless mush. The atmosphere of the store feels like it's part of a food court which fits the taste and presentation of the food too. That being said, my fiancé liked his cucumber rolls. If anything, for 10 bucks or so you can fill your stomach up since it's rice. I'm not sure why it's called Edo Japan. That felt a bit cringe, tbf.

Best fast food restaurant in town. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. Shout out to the teriyaki sauce. (Don't get the bento box, not worth it)
Parking: Wasn't very busy on a Tuesday night.

Teriyaki tofu doesn’t fit for vegetarian. They cook it and veggies in the same surface with a meat together. When I looked at that I almost thought up. This is unacceptable for vegans and

Food didn’t meet my expectations. It’s was like chicken mixed with soy sauce. I ordered teriyaki chicken and fat noodles. It was not as expected at all. Didn’t enjoy it. I have had other fast food from similar restaurants and this didn’t work for me. Image. 3 stars because of their service. The employees were pleasant both on the phone and in person. The food was also ready on time.
Parking: Open parking in a complex so parking is readily available
Kid-friendliness: They had a done option and kids could stay but they close 9pm on weekdays
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking right in front of the restaurant and easy access to the restaurant. Their restroom was also wheelchair accessible
