This is a bad service, bad staff bad owner It take for ever to get serve I was order first but they’re skip me like about 5 peoples behind me I was waiting for 45 mins to get my food and they not even say sorry to me and keep me a dirty look

Visited today for lunch. Ordered chicken teriyaki bowl with no mushrooms. Worker realizes as she hands it to me that she put mushrooms in it. She asked if it was an allergy and when I said no she tried to pick out the mushrooms she could identify through the sauce before handing it to me and turning back to her next task. Obviously she missed a bunch and seemed like she could care less.
I could have asked for it to be remade but with plenty of lunch options in the area, I decided to just take my business elsewhere. Have eaten here several times before but I will not return.

The amount of actual chicken meat was pathetic. I think there was more mushrooms than chicken. I don't think I will ever go back. I'd rather drive 2 minutes and get food at the 61st and barlow location. Plus the smell of burnt as I walked in should have been the first red flag.

Absolutely terrible service, waited in line for 20 minutes standing at the till before I was even acknowledged. They never even said hello I stood there like a jackass. Sickening the way this place is run. Wasted my entire lunch break standing in line. Never again will I come here. Train your staff with better customer service.
