I do frequent to this location since its close to work. Last night I went and I was met with strong B.O.! Its so pungent I wanted to gag. I ordered online thank goodness so I didnt have to stay that long. However, the service was really bad! I showed her my order number, and she didnt say anything and just turned away from me. Another clerk came and she helped me. Then, the 1st clerk got my order and she just gave my food without a bag. This is not the first time happened with this clerk. I have to ask for one. I feel like im a nuisance to her. If its not for convenience and time constraint, I would NOT come to this location at all! So if you go there, you might be met by this individual that makes you feel like a nuisance that your there. Thats just me though.

The food was delicious & the service was excellent! The manager & her team are super respectful and friendly. We had accidentally ordered the gyoza thinking they were vegetarian. They gave us a replacement and were super helpful about it. They even offered to replace the meal entirely, which wasn’t needed but very appreciated. Our fav location in the NE!
We went in to eat dinner as a way to remember a friend whose death anniversary it was... Something we did with him for years before his passing. We had just finished eating and had cleaned up our mess and were sitting chatting. An employee came over and told us they were closing in 10 minutes and told us to leave. We got up to leave and another employee said something I didn't understand. So I asked what she was saying and she very rudely told me to take my drink. I said sorry and she said it again to clean up my mess. So I told her she doesn't have to be rude and we are leaving. Once we got outside we realized it was only 9:30 pm. The restaurant doesn't close until 10 pm but they were cleaning and turning everything off. We go there regularly and the owner is very nice. He wasn't there last night. It was just a really sad end to a sad evening

I apologize for the error and any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding. (Very disappointed experience yesterday night. Girls just talking and made my food very dry. They have focus on talking behind the grill. Even no greetings. very less dipping sauce.. rude staff. When I came in morning always welcoming staff and made quick meal. )

This restaurant is the worst in the city, you give it chance after chance and it’s literally the worst choice you can make. You order sushi, and they are falling apart, you get gyoza and you get enough sauce to dip one in if you can dip it at all. The girls working tonight were not customer focused in the slightest, they were rude to a customer who thought he placed a pick up order. Then they take my order and no words, not asking questions about specifics of the order. And the music? They have a bingo game on the music station. Avoid this one, the other ones actually serve you and make sure you get what you need.

I recently dined at this Edo location and was left utterly disappointed. Not only was our food cold, it was extremely dry and our order was wrong after clarifying it three times. We asked for chipotle & extra sauce, and even paid extra for it yet it was forgotten. The staff were not welcoming and we found them to be quite rude. When we went to get utensils, the trash was overflowing with numerous flys coming out and around it. I’ve dined at many other Edo locations and have never had such a disappointing and disgusting experience.

I had a great experience with Edo Japan. I ordered soup, and it was delicious and warm. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavors were well balanced. The order arrived quickly, and the overall quality was great.
