Service ruined the atmosphere. Aggressive and rude staff kicked three innocent people next to us even after they bought food, claiming that “it wasn’t a daycare”.

Found hair on my sushi Last three orders wrong when arrived Manager on duty rude and nothing was fixed when I had to go back to get missing items was charged again for the item and just removed from my bank account with no permission or reason Always apologize but nothing gets fixed and customer suffers with paying for items not given Rude management and no passion or care for you or what you order Send out orders with no teriyaki and no soy or ginger or wasabi for sushi So have to go back to store and food cold and wasted if they decide not to give it to you Today we had to argue to get the teriyaki that is on every order and had to drive back to get it with manager being rude and then to find they charged me twice

We ordered teriyaki chicken and a beef ramen soup. My mom felt sick after eating the chicken and had diarrhea the next day. My soup had no flavour and was not worth 15 dollars. It was like soup you could make from a package, and add a few frozen vegetables. We've had very good from them before, but we will not order from this location again.

Standard Edo fare except they really cheaped out on portion size. My double beef looked like standard size and the bowl was severly lacking in substance

The service was good, the food was tasty and the restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, the portion sizes have shrunk noticeably from the past. If it has been a while since you've had Edo, you will know of what I speak. Shrinkflation, I'm afraid. As such, I will not be returning, which is unfortunate as I've always enjoyed Edo in the past.
I was in just before close and everyone there was so friendly and happy. It's always appreciated to see a team working together and passing on positive energy!!! They made me smile

Portions were beyond ridiculously stongy....they were smaller than a tiny Mr Noddle instant noodle pack. My noodle dish literally had 4 udon noodles and 2 pieces of meat. My teenage son's ramen had only soup, 2 pieces of meat, and enough noodles to fill a small toddler. We both agreed the food also tasted like dish water with no flavor. I WILL NEVER return to this location. I love every itther Edo I've ever been to. What a disappointment and disgrace to Edo.
