Wow paid $19 for 1 bowl , I should have gone to a nice sit down restaurant instead for just a few bucks more

If i could give a 0 i would. I've gotten very sick every time I've ate from this edo. No issues anywhere else, just the sunridge mall location. And then, i decided to give it another shot today by ordering myself lunch. Not only did the food seem half ass prepared, with almost NO CHICKEN on a CHICKEN bowl. But i got NO UTENSILS? Not even a fork or a spoon. I'd understand forgetting chopsticks for sushi or sashimi but a rice bowl, covered in teriyaki sauce? Was left searching my work for over 10 minutes to be able to eat my food that i paid over 20$ to get. Wouldn't recommend the Sunridge location. Stand alone edo's wont forget utensils for a rice bowl smothered in sauce. Just unprofessional frankly.

Ordered from doordash, got 2 kids meals instead of what i ordered; a chicken yakisoba and a kids meal beef yakisoba. Got my order wrong, portions are small, don’t bother ordering from this location.

Portions sizes are terrible. Don't bother sumo sizing or extra meat, not worth it.

The rice and sushi was good, including the soy sause

Best Edos in the area. The owner is super friendly and always asks me how my family is doing. The portions are always great and I'm never disappointed like I have been with others in the area. Only real issue is that the mall closes at 8pm but that's not their fault.

I work in the mall. I always go to them on my break, very nice workers and they have never messed up anything on any of my orders. Would recommend this specific location to anyone who wants great service along with fresh hot food :)

It's Edo, so I'm not sure what I should expect, but the staff were really rude and unwelcoming. They had a weird look and didn't even smile. I mentioned it was my first time there, and I didn't get good vibes at all. The food was good it would have been amazing if it was made with love

cashier was insanely rude when i just asked to repeat my order to see if she got it because i had been confusing she gave me an attitude then got my order wrong anyways

😕Was given wrong food, was made to feel like a bully after trying to explain why it was wrong. Just gave up.

Being Japanese food lover i try udon soup, which is really like hot water with soya sauce.??? are they really prepare Japanese food????
