I ordered Chicken Teriyaki Bento. There were 2 young girls ahead of me who got their orders. When on my turn, after few minutes the Mom of those girls came back to complaint that staff made a wrong order. What I heard they ordered 1 Chix/beef teriyaki and 1 Beef teriyaki. The customer returned the chicken teriyaki coz their order was beef. One of the staff a guy with specs took the bowl and simply put the chicken from that returned order on the grill. And it’s my order on next. So I am observing why none out of 2 staff on the grill area is putting the chicken for my order. Then the girl on the grill is starting mixing the returned chicken and ready to place on my rice. Then I stopped them. I told them I cannot take that food. I asked for refund. I told them the chicken they will use for my order is from the returned of customer. While waiting from the cashier to attend on me, the guy with specs told me my food is ready. I said I will not take the food. He said he prepared new chicken for me. I said No I will cancel the order. And his reaction got into my nerves. He swayed his finger and gave me a slight snubbed. Imagine how gross the staff working there! The food was already out of the counter and there’s a big possibility that customer had eaten some before they realized it was chicken not beef. And you will serve it to the customer. If they lied if you ask them there is camera I believe. This is totally not acceptable!

Wow paid $19 for 1 bowl , I should have gone to a nice sit down restaurant instead for just a few bucks more

If i could give a 0 i would. I've gotten very sick every time I've ate from this edo. No issues anywhere else, just the sunridge mall location. And then, i decided to give it another shot today by ordering myself lunch. Not only did the food seem half ass prepared, with almost NO CHICKEN on a CHICKEN bowl. But i got NO UTENSILS? Not even a fork or a spoon. I'd understand forgetting chopsticks for sushi or sashimi but a rice bowl, covered in teriyaki sauce? Was left searching my work for over 10 minutes to be able to eat my food that i paid over 20$ to get. Wouldn't recommend the Sunridge location. Stand alone edo's wont forget utensils for a rice bowl smothered in sauce. Just unprofessional frankly.
Ordered from doordash, got 2 kids meals instead of what i ordered; a chicken yakisoba and a kids meal beef yakisoba. Got my order wrong, portions are small, don’t bother ordering from this location.
Portions sizes are terrible. Don't bother sumo sizing or extra meat, not worth it.
