Edo Japan - Foothills Crossing - Grill and Sushi

Everytime i order from this edo they mess it up. By either not putting the full order in the bag, or by putting things on to the meal that are requested NOT to add do to allergies.

We go to Edo a lot, been going there for years. Never had a bad meal. place is always clean and food always great. We go at least once a month, normally for supper on the way home from work.

I had been to this restaurant for close to a year and recently I changed my regular size to the sizzling deal because I tried to eat less for health reasons.

I noticed the attitude of the people there change. Not only they called it “kids” meal but also refused to provide refills. I didn’t know sizzling deal is a “kid meal” with no refill. I can’t find any policy written in their website to state it otherwise.

Got back from their head office. Free refill is included. Well I won’t bother for such petty things but I’ll take my business somewhere else moving forward. I’m sure others will appreciate my business 2-3 times a week regularly 🙂

It's good to know that in a lunch rush, they have enough proficient staff on hand to make the line go quickly. Food is tasty. Recommend rice over noodles,.

Very Poor in dealing with costumers. I order yakisoba noodles but they just gave me plain noodle.. no topping, no meat no vegetable!!! Charge me full price!! I don’t wanna drive 20mins just to return it!! Crazy…

After placing a skip the dishes order through express lane it took an hour to get our food . Plus when we got it they didn't give any sauce so the food taste disgusting. I called and they said sorry we forgot it . And that was it . I'm overalls not happy and wasted my money because it taste gross

These guys are the best . Portions are always the same . Very polite . They always remember my order . I drive all the way from okotoks just for this location .
