Isaac was a very kind man and he helped me and my friends clean up bubble tea. He also helped an elderly man get to his table. We got our food in about 6-7 seconds. He also had enthusiasm when yelling â508!â.

Everything was not good except Isaac he was very charming, as someone dropped their baby and Isaac caught the the baby mid air saved its lifes and later and elderly man slipped on his own urine and Isaac drove him to the hospital there were no doctors so Isaac did the surgery on his own using chopsticks later that day Isaac found out the man lived. #give Isaac a raise #508

Wow this guy was amazing his name is Isaac, he cleaned up milk tea of the table and gave us a new one, his presence while taking my food made my day and this guy definitely deserves a raise.

Thatâs unacceptable when staff wipe floor and then work with food without any gloves or washing hands.

Donât order delivery from this location. After an 1hr 45min the delivery driver cancelled the order and we never ended up getting our food. When we asked for our refund for the food that was never delivered we were told it will take 7-10 business day for the refund. What a joke.
Staff are too âbusyâ behind the sushi counter to make bubble tea. It took ten minutes and they didnât even get started until I asked about them. Got a bunch of excuses from the cashier claiming they were too busy- my order wasnât forgotten. I asked the guy who made my teas- yes he didnât see order and was busy stocking paper cutlery instead of doing my order. Not a great experience

I got bento box and sushi. The girl whoâs working in the cashier is really nice and explained to be since this is my first time. The reason I gave a bad service was bcz of the guy whoâs also working at the front with the girl. I asked nicely for a to go box and to go bag he just deadly stared at me in the eyes , hand me the box ( leave in the counter) with an attitude and just went to the back. Iâm also working in the customer service ,even though itâs a rush hour, thereâs not even that much of customer during this happen.So, I hope you guys to serve people with a smile and be a lil nice. Even if u canât smile donât give people an attitude.
