Got a chicken teriyaki with brown rice. Veggies are scarce.. I don’t think I saw a single lettuce in my food.. 4 broccolis.. :( the food was good but veggies were lacking.

Everyone that was there seemed upbeat and nice.

Despite there being 8 employees working, it was so hectic and got way behind In orders. The door dash and uber seem to make it too hectic for them. People were waiting 20-40 minutes for their orders. All employees didn’t even change gloves if they were even wearing them or wash their hands the whole time. They all looked stressed. Will not be back anytime soon. Especially with all the options near by.

Went to Edo yesterday and grabbed takeout sukiyaki beef. Asked for less rice and more veggies, and they nailed it! Food was hot, loaded with veggies, and the beef was cooked perfectly. I ate every bite. Place was super clean and the staff were really friendly. Definitely coming back to this location!

Stopped by the Edo Japan at Symons Valley and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and made sure our order was done right, we asked for double meat and extra sauce, and they delivered exactly what we wanted without hesitation.

You can tell the food was made with pride, fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The teriyaki sauce was rich and perfectly coated the stir-fry, and the portion size was generous, especially with the extra protein.

It’s nice to see a fast-casual spot that still cares about customer service and quality. If you’re in the area and craving Edo, this location is definitely a solid choice.
