Despite there being 8 employees working, it was so hectic and got way behind In orders. The door dash and uber seem to make it too hectic for them. People were waiting 20-40 minutes for their orders. All employees didn’t even change gloves if they were even wearing them or wash their hands the whole time. They all looked stressed. Will not be back anytime soon. Especially with all the options near by.

I love coming here because the staff is always friendly and they always put together a good meal.

I ordered from SkipTheDishes, today from them and they gave me a nice thank you sticker on my dish, which was really a nice touch

Went to Edo yesterday and grabbed takeout sukiyaki beef. Asked for less rice and more veggies, and they nailed it! Food was hot, loaded with veggies, and the beef was cooked perfectly. I ate every bite. Place was super clean and the staff were really friendly. Definitely coming back to this location!

Stopped by the Edo Japan at Symons Valley and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and made sure our order was done right, we asked for double meat and extra sauce, and they delivered exactly what we wanted without hesitation.

You can tell the food was made with pride, fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The teriyaki sauce was rich and perfectly coated the stir-fry, and the portion size was generous, especially with the extra protein.

It’s nice to see a fast-casual spot that still cares about customer service and quality. If you’re in the area and craving Edo, this location is definitely a solid choice.

After being let down in another Edo location, it’s nice to find a good replacement. The front Lady is very welcoming, very nice and the food fresh and delicious! We’ll be back every weekend :). Thank you!
Edited to add: Not only was the “front lady” but after a few weeks of frequenting the restaurant, all the staff has been really amazing and hasn’t disappointed with the freshness of the food:).

Nice dinner choice, the noodles were tasty and lots of fresh veggies a decent portion size as well. Though only one thing which can be improved is the amount of teriyaki sauce we had ordered online 2 scoops but there was barely any so a bit more of that would have made it amazing, the spice level was good as well though needed to add chili oil from the top.

Got a Beef Yakisoba with one scoop of Teriyaki. There were hardly any noodles and what was in it were small broken pieces. Asked for 1 scoop of sauce and it seemed like there was 3, it was basically soup.
