This location is not good. Ordered for delivery and received old stale tempura shrimp and moldy red pepper in my noodleful bowl.

Friendly staff. If you are super hungry and can't wait to eat just jump in. Food comes in less than 5 mins. Tasty food. Decent portions.

Called to order take out as I always do the lady couldn't take my order to save her life. I lost connection tried calling back to order and no answer. Won't be going to this location again go to beacon hill! They have better service

The foods okay nothing special.

The first issue I had with this location was when I waited 20 min for a to go order I called in for. No apology, no extra anything just had to wait.

The second time is when I ordered again and they didn't even start my order when the cook in the back was just waiting around. I told the cashier the reason I order is because I have a dog in the car. No apology, nothing she just turned around and spoke in her language I'm assuming to cancel the order.

To management, your wait times are not acceptable when it's on average 10 min a dish.

I had ordered here from skip the dishes and unfortunately the courier threw my food at the cashier and kicked her. The cashier immediately called me and told me to download their app and she will throw in extra food for me for the inconvenience even though it was not her fault. She was the sweetest woman and super thoughtful, and selfless - Even though she was assaulted, she was still more concerned about the customer. She deserves more pay.

I recently dined at Edo Japan Creekside, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was exceptional—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the teriyaki beef ,which was perfectly grilled and accompanied by a delicious cauliflower rice.

What truly set this visit apart was the outstanding customer service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great meal. They offered great recommendations and made us feel right at home.

Overall, Edo Japan Creekside is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Had a visit here because I had a bento itch. Friendly staff, clean and modern resto. Food was good and the owners associate and check in with you if everything is okay. Would definitely comeback. Thank you for the miso soup!
