Portions have gone down on Teriyaki beef and chicken. They ask if you want extra cup of sauce but never put it in. They were dry not enough sauce. They used to put utensils in bags not anymore. Attitude from cashier. Not going back. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Your standard answer will be to share with your team. Good luck with them listening

Wasn't a fan of their sushi. Hardly any salmon, very thin, mostly rice. The salmon didn't look or taste fresh. 1/10 however the beef yakisoba was alright. I'd eat this again. 7/10

Horrible cashier. Some Asian women could not get my order correct and I told her about 8-10 times very clearly what the order was. After finally getting my order down I take my good home to my family and find out she messed up the entire order. Not the cooks fault at all but you definitely have to check on that cashier.

So why just 3/5 stars? Well like so may other companies currently, EDO feels that they need to serve you a tiny portion of food and overcharge for it. It still tasted wonderful. The quality was excellent, so no complaints there, but a meal for two costs $35? That's getting out of hand. I supported EDO back when they didn't serve proportioned meals - the cooks would be more generous with the rice. It's rice. Yeah the thing that's costs you next to nothing to add. Anyways, I'll just make it at home instead for less than half the cost.
Love this place! Every single employee there is phenomenal. I’m autistic and I have a lot of sensory issues (making me a more difficult customer) but these guys knock it out of the park every single time. They even remember me and my order with all my little quirks. Amazing, inclusive and will go the extra mile for you. I wish I was in control of who got raises because the entire store deserves one!! If any of the staff read this THANK YOU! You make my day better.

Staff was not very nice at all. Not friendly nor very professional. Racism works not ways, just because I’m white doesn’t mean I can’t use chopsticks.Food was delicious and the cooks are wonderful. But, I shall not be returning because of the way the person who took my order treated me.
