Ordered for pickup on the phone. A woman took my order and I asked for 2 bowls. I asked more than once to double check I ordered just the 2 bowls. I was then charged for an extra bowl which I did not order. I did not see the extra bowl until after it was paid for. The food itself was great. The service was not.

I have been to a lot of Edo restaurants in the City of Calgary and have never been impressed. This Edo at Skypointe is at a different level. The food was very tasty, the service was phenomenal and the staff were very friendly. If anybody feels like having Edo then Skypointe is the place to go.

I ordered an hour ago to the big guy with beard I ordered kids beef with fountain drink told him to give me fountain drink but refused me instead he put apple juice as my drink as he did intentionally. Did not ask me how many scoops do I want on teriyaki, he then so in hurry, didn’t even let me finish ordering. He given me so uncomfortable conversation. His conduct was so unprofessional, so unappropriate I feel humiliated by the way he approached me. I always order here but never encountered this kind of service. After I got my order he gave me eye sided look ‘coz he knew what he did. I put aside what happened coz I didn’t want to make a scene. The owner/management should take action of this kind of behaviour!!!!!!

Management needs to train their staff better especially when it comes to customer service. There were 3 people just getting paid to stand there and make jokes whereas cx who placed an order for take out is putting food in the bag.
