Today I went to edo as it’s one of my fav quick grabs to get. I was less than impressed. I took my daughter and we were ordering. The male cashier ( older East Indian / Pakistani fellow) was rushing me and even rolled his eyes. We noticed the rude behaviour and we still spend $53+ on three meals. To make matters worst. The lady packing the food slammed our drinks on the counter. Like “ here is your isshhh “. I will no longer be giving my money to edo due to their workers. Poor behaviour. We didn’t even go in loud or rude. I just wanted to celebrate my daughters achievements with her. Poor service. Rude workers and careless staff. Tables had food and there was no forks in the bags. Nor were we told we needed to grab any.

Disappointed in the day shift. Polite front of house, but my issue is that I paid $4.50 for double chicken and (I eat here quite a bit as I'm a local) however I got regular chicken. The lady at the front when I asked her, looked at it and asked the cook. Clearly she wasn't sure either however, was told that it was in fa t double. Apparently, double meat here is different from night to day. I won't be coming back during the day due to cost and the wasted money for a half meal...

Extremely tasty sushi, excellent service! The order arrived quickly, and the quality fully corresponds to what is shown on the website - everything looks exactly as in the photo. It took 34 minutes to get 8 California rolls. Several people were served before me. No attempt from staff to try and compensate for the wait. I would not go back to this location.

The gyoza was not even warm. Not the right sauce either. The Sukiyaki beef in the combo was skimpy. Don't waste your money on this location.

We’ve been going here since it opened and the quality of food and service has gone down hill and has now bottomed out. We ordered online and ended up waiting for 30mins for our food. Unorganized and understaffed We tried it out again tonight and same story with the addition of multiple hairs in our food. Not going back to this location again.
