Had a very poor experience here—the veggies were undercooked and staff were very rude. I won’t be returning to this location. When I noticed it was undercooked, I went back and asked directly for a refund and was instead pressured into trying another plate with a different cook. The worker was visibly annoyed while re-cooking the food. She said “next time, you have to ask for well done”. I said “it’s not a matter of well-done or not, the food wasn’t cooked at all.” As I stood there, she passive aggressively asked “is this cooked enough for you now?”. I told her I’m not sure, it’s hard to tell by looking and she’s the chef who should know the cook time. I tried the plate and it was undercooked again. I brought it back and they gave me a hard time with a refund once more. They told me I should have asked for a refund and not another plate—I told them I did ask for a refund, but the person wouldn’t give me one and pressured me to try again. The same staff worker was visibly annoyed, rolling her eyes, and making fun of me to other staff. When I asked if there’s a reason I can’t get a refund, they finally gave me one. (This is coming from a person who never returns food. I felt it was unfair to pay money for food that wasn’t cooked). I also notice they pre-cook all their meats and then reheat them on the grill. It seems they try to rush the cooking process to save time, but in turn, are skipping steps for proper food preparation and safety.

I bought 2 bubble tea and they charged me $11.24 for two but when it comes for drink they put water to fill up the glass instead of putting milk on it. It milk bubble tea and you are not giving us free. Please improve quality of product. Thank you!

I have never been so sick in my whole life! Horrible food poisoning within 6 hours of eating there. It was very busy when I went so maybe there was too much on the grill? Seemed the raw meat was too close to the vegetables and cooked meat - not sure what the issue was. Tasted good, but something was definitely wrong with that food. I can’t say I’ll be going back anytime soon.

This location never cooks the broccoli. I know lots of people love raw broccoli, but I don't. I would give 5 stars if they cooked the dang veg, but it seems to never be so. Plus, I stood there with my children, at the cash, waiting to order, and was not acknowledged for several minutes. I know you're busy, but at least take a moment to say, "One moment please, or "just a couple more minutes. " There are a lot of food choices in Market Mall, and we love Edo as we feel it's a healthier choice. But once again, I'm disappointed in where I paid almost $40 for one adult and 2 small children, and yes, I always tip. The cooks were trying, even though one was very confused with what "no mushroom" meant as my kids don't eat those yet (hopefully someday soon). It was done correctly on the order and was on their screen correctly, "no mushroom." I'm not upset, just disappointed as this has been a repeat experience to the point I'm leaving a review.

Vegetarian options: Yes, but use wisdom and caution if an allergy.

Dietary restrictions: They can slightly modify things, but there is significant cross contamination, so be careful with true allergies.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu that is sufficient for most small children, approx 7 and under or small eaters.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is easily accessible via wheelchair with seating available for wheelchairs and washroom access directly beside it, yum lol.

watched one of the cooks grill a MASSIVE lump of raw chicken right next to cooked veggies and cooked chicken with no divider. after watching this i was very very uncomfortable eating my food as the chicken i was eating was being cooked right next to the raw chicken. i’m pretty sure i did eat a piece of uncooked meat as well, hopefully i don’t get salmonella or severe food poisoning i guess.
