The cook just rudely pushed me off the line because they apparently miss heard me. I asked how to fix the problem and he dropped a couple pieces of beef in the box and slid it away. What a ridiculous lack of customer service. Not even willing to fix a problem even when I recognized that there would be a price change. Shame on you and your poor attitude

We used to have Edo Japan in Southern Ontario and enjoyed their food, so we were happy to see an outlet at the Southcentre Mall. The Sukiyaki Beef dinner was generous and tasty. The only drawback is that I might have wanted a bit more teriyaki sauce for the amount of rice that came with the meal. An enjoyable meal otherwise.
Beef and rice were both super dry. I don't recommend this place.

Ordered my meal with beef. I noticed a pile of cooked beef just sitting there on the grill, for at least 10 minutes.. they ended up using this meat for my meal, and now my stomach is killing me..

Do not recommend ordering through door dash with this store. Both were ignorant and rude dealing with them canceling after the food was supposed to have arrived. Shawnessy store run way way better and friendlier.
