Not that great: I had a chicken Bento bowl and it was a very uninspired and bland noodle and chicken dish. They will need to improve before I go back there.

I had an amazing experience at Edo Jaban! The sushi was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Each bite was full of taste and truly exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very professional. The staff made sure everything was perfect, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.

If you’re looking for delicious sushi and excellent service, I highly recommend Edo Jaban. I will definitely be coming back!

Just came in and tried to order lunch. The person serving me was on the phone with their mom which I thought was weird. Also served the next person while still on the phone. Asked me if I wanted rice I said I wanted noodles. Asked me about my sides I had to say spicy beef roll 4x because they could not understand. Asked me if it was to stay or go I said to go, then later said “it’s to stay right”.
Get my order and it’s on rice and not spicy beef rolls. Maybe if I had said what I wanted 5 times it might have stuck! Ended up walking out with no food to go eat somewhere else will not be back to this location

I thought the had a very nice setup inside, though I only came to pick up ... had to satisfy my urge to have bubble te!. I can testify that their brown sugar bubble tea is dee'lish!

The guy behind the counter was super kind and patient, too, which I really appreciated.

I ordered a 3$ mango bubble tea. I was disappointed because there were no bubbles :/
Instead the tea had some weird mango stripes… it tastes good, but i really missed the bubbles.
Why do they call it bubble tea? :(

Asked for a tip and seemed indignant when the answer was no. Then they food came out and it was awful. Less than half the meat on mine that the other person got on there's that was infront of me. Hardly any veggies I got a plate full of noodles basically that didn't taste very good. All because they wanted me to tip at a walk up counter before I got the food. And it was more money here than in the Lethbridge branch in there chain. Very bad very high priced and very poor attitude of the staff. I would never go there again and recommend that no one else does either.

Matthew & Ryan who work at the location did an absolutely excellent job from start to finish with our order as well as the quality of the food, it was absolutely delicious, very hot and fresh, I would highly recommend anyone interested in having Edo Japan to come to this locations. A perfect 5 stars out of 5.
