DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION Made an order on DoorDash today and it was awful Asked for no teriyaki sauce Wanted cooking sauce. When order arrived the meat was completely dry and had not been cooked with cooking sauce. Incrediblly upset by this as it is inedible.
Left work and came into the store and the staff refused to give me a refund. They refused to admit they did anything wrong and blamed everything THEY did on DoorDash. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

Just tried to order Udon soup, they would not allow me to have udon thick noodles and said they could only do Ramen. I have had Udon soup with thick noodle many times before from them. I thought if a customer wanted a different type of noodle, that they would have no problems accommodating the customer! The staff was very Rude and persisted in not helping me out!! Will not be going to this location anymore!! That’s probably why they have a high turnover in staff! So I didn’t end up getting anything!

I have to say worse Edo staff have no pride in their job or respect to customers. Ordered beef rice bowl and had a beef portion so small I give my cat more then what they give. When asking to speak to a manager laughed when asked for a refund they didn't even know how to. Very poor service.
