Went here for lunch…portions were small compared to other Edo Japan locations, beef was also burnt. Garbage was over flowing from the trash bin….Won’t be coming back to this location ever!

The second I opened the door, I was greeted by two friendly employees. They went above and beyond my expectations. The service was quick, easy and overall superb. Staff was super friendly and answered any questions and order requests I had. I felt as if I was speaking with a long time friend. Food was amazing and portions were great. Love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to eat.Vegetarian options: Have many options for vegetarians and vegans.Parking: Always have space to park. 15 second walk max to and from car.Kid-friendliness: Interact great with kids, no issues.
Love this place! Food is delicious, the staff is so nice and I really like their bubble tea. My favourite dish is the chicken and beef teriyaki. Highly recommend.

I've always had good service here and I enjoy the food. My favorites have been either teriyaki beef or the salmon sushi, but they don't offer the salmon now. I wish they would bring it back. Today the teriyaki was ready really quick!

for 10 yrs of dining experience in this location, I had the worste service this night February 21,2024 7:10 pm... we ordered the usual bento hawaiian chicken with edamame and tempura and sizzling shrimp..... but my cousin noticed her edamame was so cold!!! so no problem with that right... so i ask the lady to pls re-cook it again. to my observation this cook just threw the edamame on the griddle and he seemed not happy... so i decided to wait infront. and saw this cook just threw it over the top of the griddle as if it almost fell.... wich made me SNAP!!!!! for the way he handled the food...and so i told this old lady to talk to his cook for he is very unproffesional on handling your customers food!!!! and ask the lady whom i can talk to. but she said theres no manager on duty that tine.so i ask her what is the name of this employee's name... who happened to be JONATHAN!!!!!!!!!! pls give this guy a word or more training for he really really needs to be trained WELL!!!! he moght cause your REPUTATION so pls take note of this REVIEW.if this can help you pls review your cameramy ordere number is 809 Trans. no.619809server:Nova thank you for taking time on reading this comment review
