I have to say that I’m a little bit disappointed with the portion size. I haven’t had Edo for quite a while and this particular location used to be very good. I paid nearly $18 and what I got was not good value. Sure, it was tasty, but there wasn’t much meat. There wasn’t much vegetable and not a lot of rice. It was just small and I expected a little more. I ordered California rolls with my bento box and there was almost no wasabi for goodness sakes. I’m going to try other locations and see what’s up. Maybe they’re all getting skimpy. If that’s the case then I just won’t go anymore.

We have ordered from here two times now and both times, our food has been extremely dry and basically not edible. The beef is burnt as well as the veggies. Night and day difference between this place and the Coventry Hills location. Do not recommend.

I spent 26 dollars and I'm still hungry. That's the coles notes. I got shrimp (i think there were 5)and chicken with noodles, a drink and 3 gyozos and I'm still hungry. There was a minimal amount of noodles. I used to love edo but I'm done. There are literally 100's of food franchises out there and for 26 dollars I would at least like to not be hungry still. Also, these wood forks need to go.

I am honestly surprised at the number of poor reviews because that has not been my experience at all. I've been going to this location for over a year and their service has never been short of exceptional.Whether it be portion sizes, taste, freshness, or making sure everything in my order is accurate, they have always hit the mark. The space is always clean and the team is also so incredibly warm and welcoming. I've come across the owner a couple of times and he has such a kind soul and is committed to providing good service. I always recommend this location to the people I know!

Ordered the same order we always do but from a new location...Gyozas... burntSpring rolls... burntSushi rolls... rice falling apart.California rolls... falling apart, mangled, 1/2 the normal size from other locations.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I am a regular customer of this location, spending $250-300 on an average a month ordering food for the whole office or solo meals. For the solo meal, its just too much for me and good enough for me and my wife to share, so we just normally split and share at office. Today I was at a client's location and my wife was at office, so I asked the cashier to split the order into 2 separate containers, so that I just drop off one at office for my wife, but when I got my order, the cashier handed over the bag to me, when I went on to drop off the container to my wife, just found out that she put a small plate instead of the extra container and that too without letting me know. If I can pay extra for extra veggies or extra chicken then I would have paid for the extra container too and I was never told of that even. I would never go back to this location and instead would go 10 kms extra to Sunridge instead. Very poor customer service.

Okay so I ordered online for a friend and was very disappointed when they showed me what they got. The ginger and wasabi was just dump there covered with soy packets.
