Staff are rude, unfriendly, and argumentative. They are also not shy about making customers wait a long time for their food. Even when it is not busy. Even if the food is good it's not good enough to justify the rude behaviour of the staff and the long wait times.

I just ordered my lunch from this location and the yam rolls were moldy. Absolutely revolting. Do not order from this location, or any others for that matter.

Bad behavior
Sweet woman at the till greeted me and helped me with the menu, my found was better then expected, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and actually sat down to eat even though I had ordered to go, the person who took my order actually walked by and asked his my food was, excellent service from this staff member for sure wish I had her name.

They leave the food on the counter outside without keeping it warm but require delivery drivers to use thermal bags. By the time you pick up the food, it's already cold.

As work on uber eat yesterday stand near by edo japan got order so I go inside & ask lady who standing in counter also packing food aswell show mobile screen she replied yes food ready uselly pick 1or 2 order daily recognize my face than I said shall I bring bag my car parked outside she replied ve have parking in back didn't understand wt m saying than again I asked shall bring bag than she replied no no it's ok u can take order wen I left store she complained uber he do nt have bag 1st she have language barrier 2nd mis use power uber give 4 personal reasons dnt know why She Have 2 learn say no or yes no other than that
As a top-rated driver, I walked into the store with a smile. The staff told me I needed to use a thermal bag. I explained that my thermal bag was quite large and was in my car parked outside, but I’d put the food in it right away. She gave me a dismissive look. When I got home, I found a negative review from them, saying I didn’t use a thermal bag. The irony is that they didn’t use any warming measures when I picked up the food; they just left it on the counter outside.
