Laid back but professional in appearance, our server at that time had a Korean background, easy to converse in, chef can be seen preparing breakfast, I was waiting to see a spoon, no luck this time but next time, surrounded by newly built high rise apartments, the restaurant is nicely snuggled into these apartments, going South on McLeod, just before the bridge before Heritage a little entry road, make sure you slow down otherwise you'll have to circle back, breakfast was yummy.

This place is fantastic, the chef is a celiac so there are a ton of great tasting gluten free options. Service was fantastic the server was personable and great at her job. Will be back again as their was several meals i want to try.

We were driving through Calgary and looked up breakfast spots and found this amazing restaurant.
I just don’t like the parking situation. I registered for the parking twice and still got a ticket for $84.

The food was not good. It didn’t taste great at all. Overall atmosphere and presentation was great, server was great. I got the classic breakfast and don’t understand how it could taste as bad as it did. It was also not worth the price in my opinion.

Quality standard slipping. What used to be a reliable place to go has lost their ability to make a latte, is pulling back on portion sizes and quality, service has gone downhill, and doesn’t refridgerate their creamer containers resulting in my dumping cheese into my coffee instead of cream. Sunday brunch shouldn’t be staffed with your C-team. What is management doing that’s causing them to lose all of their competent staff? When I returned my latte with two sips out of it *they still insisted on charging me for it*. Insane. This place has lost its mind

Went here twice in a week and enjoyed it both times! The gluten free chicken and waffles were next level delicious. I am not sensitive to gluten but tried them anyways and they were so good that I plan to go back!

Went to Egg & Spoon for my mothers birthday. Had a great experience. The food was quite good. The devilled eggs were quite salty and that’s probably the only item we wouldn’t get again.
It is tricky to get to right now from the construction but would take the time to go if you want lots of good options for breakfast and brunch.
We got the chicken and waffles, breakfast sandwich, and crooked madam. Everything was good. We then were treated to a birthday breakfast dessert of the avocado brownie.
