We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We had called ahead to make a reservation, but when we arrived, we were told there was no record of it as they don’t take reservations. After waiting a long time just to be seated, we were completely ignored at our table for another 15 minutes, no menus, no water, no acknowledgment whatsoever. We eventually had to get up and remind the staff that we were still waiting, just to get some water.
When someone finally came to take our order, the wait for food was over an hour. During that time, staff barely acknowledged any of the guests, and we saw other tables leave out of frustration. It’s clear the restaurant is severely understaffed and lacks basic customer service. No one apologized, checked in, or made any effort to manage expectations.
If you're looking for a place with efficient service or even basic hospitality, this is not it. I hope they make serious improvements soon, because as it stands, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I usually support small business and to me the reputation for a good business is very important. This place needs a lot of work. They lack how to run a busy place. It was my first time here and it was a busy atmosphere. Looking promising until we ordered the food . It wasn’t complicated simple British breakfast one halwa puri and one poutine. After sitting for over 30 mins and asking twice to be relocated to different spots we approached the server and owner twice but they didn’t provide any update on our order. So after sitting for nearly over 40 mins we left .. I feel bad for the owner that his anticipation for a busy morning was not there and lacked hospitality as well. You guys really need to up your game. Won’t be coming here again
