Eighty-Eight Brewing Co. offers a great selection of drinks, including Pretty in Pink, Hard Iced Tea, and Strawberry Bounce. The pizza is delicious with chunky and mouthful dough. The patio has a nice ambience, perfect for the season. While the location can be hard to access, it's a great place to stop for a beer and try different kinds, especially with its Olympics theme.
The food is excellent, with great flavors and a fresh, creative selection of both beers and pizza. The pizza features a thick focaccia bread crust, which is a nice touch but can be very filling, with no thin option available. Dining with a large group allows for a fun, family-style experience to try more dishes. The service is order at the counter with table delivery, and the beer offerings are very nice and wide-ranging.
The Christmas season brings a Home Alone theme that makes the experience exceptionally fun. Nero's Pizza is a standout, with the Magnum Pie and pepperoni being customer favorites. The cool vibe and outstanding staff make this place worth visiting, and it's family-friendly as well. It's one of the top breweries in the city, and the Home Alone decor around Christmas time is a highlight.
