Had a fun time checking this place out with some friends. Very cute good vibes
I don’t know if this review is helpful or not but:
I’ve never been to Eighty-Eight before (only walked past it to get to a dance class in the same building).
But as I was searching the parking lot for lost keys, the ladies closing up at Eighty-Eight immediately jumped into action and helped me look without hesitation.
Just from their kindness and service alone, I will be stoping by for a drink in the near future.
Thank you ladies,
-Em
We really enjoyed their Magnum a.k.a Tom Selleck pizza.. tried their Sidetrack,
Dry Irish Nitro Stout; really enjoyed it; as well as their IPA
This brewery was one of the best I've been to The place has the 1980's just oozing from everywhere. From the countertops to the art, to the beer names, just a time machine back to the good old days. The prices are decent, the food ( My God, the pizza!) incredible and the staff, friendly and outgoing. Great selection of beer as well as other drinks. A superb afternoon out.
I've been a fan of this brewery for several years now since I loved in Edmonton. Their line-ups are always consistently flavourful and the quality of their beers are absolutely top-notch. When I moved to Calgary and finally visited the brewery in person, I also tried their pizza - Wow! So thick and cheesy and I was just amazed by it. Interestingly, when I talk about good pizza places in Calgary with my friends, there's always someone who mentions Eighty-Eight's pizzas. Such a great place to bring out-of-town friends too!
Retro vibes, solid beer, and a space that feels like a throwback without trying too hard. The tap list rotates but usually hits a good mix of IPAs, sours, and a few surprises. Chill crowd, neon touches, and a good spot to kick off an Inglewood crawl.
Very nice place with Very nice drinks. The food is incredible and very much worth the price. I have to get a drink with it since they are just so good. A must try!
Pizza is just incredible. Somehow the dough, while thick is pillowy soft. Had the Melt with You which is perfect if you want to be able to taste the dough, cheese and sauce without overpowering flavours or spices. Basil on top rounds out the whole square.
Beer is of course excellent.
These people are absolutely fantastic at taking care of their customers and making sure everyone is happy. That and great beer, what's not to love!
Some of the best pizza I have had in Calgary!! Super accommodating to dietary needs and fantastic for larger groups.

First time there nice place great pizza and have gluten free base
Amazing pizza and great beer!
We decided to go to 88 for a family outing. Usually a great time but tonight, on the patio the service was uncommonly terrible. We had to flag our server down more than once to order more drinks and to clear the table. Our server seemed more interested in serving a group of ladies next to us. We will be back but tonight’s service was disappointing.
Pizza was really delicious, like really.
Fantastic pizza, super friendly staff this place has a phenomenal vibe !!
