I’ve never been to Eighty-Eight before (only walked past it to get to a dance class in the same building).

But as I was searching the parking lot for lost keys, the ladies closing up at Eighty-Eight immediately jumped into action and helped me look without hesitation.

Just from their kindness and service alone, I will be stoping by for a drink in the near future.

This brewery was one of the best I've been to The place has the 1980's just oozing from everywhere. From the countertops to the art, to the beer names, just a time machine back to the good old days. The prices are decent, the food ( My God, the pizza!) incredible and the staff, friendly and outgoing. Great selection of beer as well as other drinks. A superb afternoon out.

I've been a fan of this brewery for several years now since I loved in Edmonton. Their line-ups are always consistently flavourful and the quality of their beers are absolutely top-notch. When I moved to Calgary and finally visited the brewery in person, I also tried their pizza - Wow! So thick and cheesy and I was just amazed by it. Interestingly, when I talk about good pizza places in Calgary with my friends, there's always someone who mentions Eighty-Eight's...
