Element Cafe has a bright and inviting feel that makes it easy to settle in the moment you walk through the door. The staff are warm in a way that feels genuine, and the drinks are made with a level of care that really shows. It is the kind of place where you can sit for a while and feel your day slow down in the nicest way. Every visit leaves you with that quiet sense of appreciation for a café that truly values its guests.

Server was helpful and quick to make the drink despite working alone. Gingerbread cookie latte was good especially the ginger whipped cream and topping. Delish!

I decided to try this coffee shop and invited my mom along. I wasn't pleased to see my drink like that. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing; the milk was over-frothed, so the foam quickly turned into what you see in the photo. If you want a cappuccino, it will look like this, as the barista explained. I think this might be my last visit here, which is a shame.

Nice and clean space. A bit more sterile in atmosphere than I prefer in a coffee shop and it smelled like something was burning the whole time we were there. My main qualm is the prices. I ordered a London fog and they said they didn’t have any earl grey left, which was fine, but they didn’t have any other black tea options to use instead. Since I didn’t want coffee in the afternoon I ordered an herbal tea and it was $4.99!! For plain tea (essentially hot water). That price should be criminal!! I also don’t get why different sizes of tea have different prices, especially if you’re staying in house. I used to work at a cafe and tea was all the same price regardless of size, since the only difference is extra water. $5 for a tea bag is just crazy. I guess it’s to deter people from ordering non-caffeinated drinks.

I came around 4:30pm yesterday and odered the matcha latte with condensed milk and the banana latte. Matcha was bland and the banana latte did not taste like bananas except for the ones at the top. Service was excellent though by this lady with brown hair and red lipstick (I think).
