This buffet allows minors to serve alcohol which is illegal in Alberta. It doesn’t matter whether your a host or a server you need to be of age to serve alcohol and have a pro serve license. Even if an under age worker cleans up alcohol it’s also illegal even if the bottles are empty

The best all-you-can-eat experience!
The food here is always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. But what really makes it amazing is the service — especially from LOC! He’s truly the best — very kind, attentive, and always makes sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of. Every time we eat here, he gives us outstanding service. Thank you, LOC, for always making our dining experience so enjoyable!

The guy at meat station need lessons on how to cut a good piece of prime rib. He has absolutely no clue on how to cut a fine piece of meat.

Prime meat tastes good, crab leg are decent.

Seats are too close together, safety hazard.

Our waitress was super nice and friendly.

Had this buffet today. Very poor quality of food, tough meat , tasteless seafood, over cooked , the desserts all tasted the same . For 50 an adult I would rather go to many other places , even the snow crab was tasteless and cold , only positive was the service , server was attentive and friendly

I have a deep appreciation for precision, consistency, and passion in the kitchen — and this restaurant exceeds every expectation. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that everything is executed with intention and care. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the service is absolutely flawless. Every team member — from the servers and hostesses to the runners — moves with perfect coordination, anticipating your needs before you even express them. Drinks are always refilled, plates are cleared at the right time, and the staff carries a level of professionalism that’s rare to find.

The food is, without question, a culinary triumph. Every protein is cooked to perfection and maintained at the ideal temperature, highlighting both technique and respect for the product. The buffet selection is vast yet impressively consistent — every dish showcases balance, creativity, and the kind of attention to detail only found in top-tier kitchens.

This isn’t just a buffet; it’s a masterclass in hospitality and culinary execution. From the organization to the flavors, everything speaks of excellence.

A true gem in Calgary, and a place I can confidently recommend as an Executive Chef.

We were there on a Sunday. There was a huge choice of food. Food choices are great for everyone. Just so you know you are limited to 90 minutes in the restaurant. Buffet changes everyday. Will visit again.

It was alright. Food was hit and .iss, some was so good but some was not good at all. That was one downfall, the mac n cheese was so nasty and then if you have leftovers on your plate you are charged a wastage fee.

I’ve visited twice, a Friday and a Saturday, and my first take away is that $60/pp is extreme for what this restaurant offers. The $60 is the per person price + a tea + 15% tip on pretax total. No alcohol. Nothing extra.

The first Friday I went, there were a couple dishes I loved; the clams and mussels in Thai curry sauce and the green bean and seafood stir fry. The prime rib is also seasoned and cooked very well.

The rest of the food was ok but not great.

We went back on a Saturday because I had someone who wanted to try it out. This experience was less enjoyable mostly related to our table attendant/wait staff. The person kept busy but I was put off by an outright ask to a table if they were going to leave a tip. They also seemed to ignore the table beside us and they had to ask to have their stack of plates removed as they were being left. The other downside was the food. It was my mistake assuming the dishes would be the same. They were not. The sauces changed on the stir fry and the mussels and clams so I was disappointed. They weren’t as good this time and the green beans were very tough.

Aside from what I feel is overpriced, the temperature of the food isn’t always enjoyable. The salads are warm instead of cool or chilled, and many of the hot dishes are barely warm. If it is a brand new pan, the temp is good but if they’ve been out for a bit, they’ve cooled off significantly.

My guest was also underwhelmed by the variety.

The place is always packed and I can see for a large group, it might be good because people can be selective on what they like.

Lastly, possibly with the high turnover, it is difficult to keep it clean because I was shocked at the food on the floor. I also feel fabric chairs and benches were a terrible choice. Many of them are stained and dirty. The French fries on the floor between the bench and hostess stand was interesting as I’m not sure how they would gotten there so far from the dining area. The bus carts blocking the staircases is also unappealing.

We came, we dined, we’ll look for something new the next time we’re wanting to eat out. We won’t be back.
