Upon arrival the table she sat us at was dirty, crumbs on the tables. We had to get up and ask for more drinks. We waited a long time for our food, and they messed up one of the steaks and over cooked it and then gave a 4oz instead of a 6oz for one. They did take one of the meals off the bill though. We didn’t have cutlery for over 5 minutes since our food arrived. Nobody walked by and asked how it was tasting or if we needed anything else. The whole crew seems disorganized and like they don’t communicate and not very good customer service skills. The entire establishment felt not very professional.
Our server at the end was very apologetic and it seemed to be a very busy off day.

Went for a steak sandwich on a Friday evening. The steak was cooked perfectly, the price was excellent and the service was great. Lots of other menu items to select from when I return.

The menu is surprisingly good. Wings are good and it seems that every night of wing night! The steak sandwich was excellent. The clubhouse is a cozy bar and kitchen. The staff have all been welcoming and friendly. After living in Douglasdale for nearly 19 years we just recently discovered the bar and grill is open in the winter.
