No hot water, high-speed internet more like the slowest connection ever, tv reception absolutely below average hardly was able to watch anything before it started scrambling.Breakfast was mediocre should have more choices as in halal food not everybody can eat PORK sausages.

This hotel has not updated their amenities in years! They promise room service on their website but when I asked, they state it hasn't been offered since covid. But greed is high here as they won't deliver food/drinks to your room as stated on the website but you can request a spa service in your room. Ridiculous! They claim to have a free buffet breakfast but it was 1 star at best. This hotel is advertised as a 4 star but I would barely rate it a 2 star. 1 channel for movies, had to ask for everything. Poor service at the 1 restaurant which was highly overpriced. $14 for a Margherita! I would never spend my money to stay at this cheap place again. Not recommended at all in Calgary!Food & drinks: Room service is clearly promised on the website and that is a lie! $100 security deposit required and that is a lie! Breakfast buffet offered each day but the restaurant was closed on Sunday's...so that was a lie. This hotel doesn't compensate customers for all of the false advertising that tricks you into booking but when they no longer offer these services, they don't care about you. Poor service and a waste of money

Nice room good price. The bed was a bit too high and the tub edge should have been lower. A handicap easy access shower with a hand shower head and plenty of grab bars would be very welcome. Thanks!Walkability: Zero walk ability. This is no fault of the hotel as it is in the middle of NE Calgary and there is zero accomodations for pedestrians. To walk around in the industrial area of NE Calgary is to feel almost like an alien.Noteworthy details: The outside of the building has super intense led lights that spoil the night. We have a long long way to go to respect those who value the dark night with the beautiful night sky.

I like staying here. It is one of my favorite places to stay when working on the east side of the city. The hotel is comfortable and is conveniently located near restaurants and major roads. They have a nice free hot breakfast and good workout facilities .

This was the only hotel we could find that allowed us to bring a cat. I didn't realize that a lot of hotels allow dogs but most don't allow cats. For this reason I had lowered expectations coming in but was really surprised at how nice this hotel actually was. We left the cat inside his crate for 99% of the stay and he was pretty happy all things considered. There are many good restaurants within walking distance and lots of parking. Would stay there again for sure.

I called in to confirm what amenities they have, and was told "yes sir, there is a sauna". This is a lie, they have 2 steam showers that don't even turn on (front desk confirmed that that is supposed to be the sauna lol). I tried turning both of them on, waited a few minutes and they were doing nothing. Front desk had nothing to say about it, no apology, so empathy, just a shrug.

Worst receptionist I have encountered in my entire life the bald guy with beard. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Most hotels do their best to help customers. But they don’t do it. No wonder you have lots of complaints here. Save your trip! Don’t book here.
