I went there yesterday and it was amazing. The people who own the place are so warm and welcoming. Their boba is so good if you like fresh fruit, and their chicken sate sub was fantastic. This was my first Vietnamese sub and it completely blowed me away.

Ordered sub and bubble tea. Charged me $22.Did not provide official receipt other then interac receipt. Asked for actual receipt and she said she does not know how to use the till.She overcharged on the gst.Would not give receipt.

I always get bubble tea here. Everytime i visit the T&T mall. This is my first encounter giving me a bubble tea which is Taro but the buble tea its like watery too much water or milk is not considered as bubble tea. Its like a milk tea.

Very bad customer service. The lady was screaming for no reason when i told her that there is not enough mango bcz she filled it with milk. It's not free bcz you pay for it and you have the right to get what you want.I don't recommend this place to anyone.She makes you embarrassed in front of everyone.There was no flavour at all, no mango taste just the taste of milk

Been going here for years, and food has always been great. The subs are flavourful and the bubble tea is made with real fruits. Service is also outstanding. Would definitely recommend!
