My all time favourite viet sub place in Calgary for over a decade, it has never disappointed me! The subs are big enough to share, vegetables are fresh and the meat is soft and not hard to chew. The service was amazing, the lady is always very very kind
Had a couple of beef sate subs with bubble tea. Subs were great, twice toasted with a superb butter garlic base. The subs were very refreshing and had a good balance of texture and a super fresh tasting vegies. Bubble tea was made with blended fruit and was very flavourful.

My spouse and I come by and order bubble tea here whenever we are in the area. Owner is one of the nicest women alive. Good real fruit bubble tea is hard to come by nowadays, but this place does it right.
