They have always had good food, no complaints about the food. But the way they handle the utensils is extremely gross. They have a table literally outside the washrooms where they keep filled water in jugs, plates, glasses and cutlery. There washrooms are so filthy, broken and smell horrible, I was their one of their first customers on a Monday and they smelled horrible. I doubt they get those cleaned. You need to pay some close attention to cleaning, it’s Canada and you charge your customers in dollars have some cleaning standards.

Horrible food fried in low quality oil. Poor taste of food. I ordered golgappa n papari chaat n both were pathetic in taste. Just wasted the money

Their staff is not good when you call them or talk on the phone in front of them. They leave the phone on the other side and keep talking in the office. I don't like their staff. This is what I request from their owner. Change your staff or teach them to talk to the customer well so that the customer is not upset.

Terrible service!
I just got a biryani few days ago. Its so smelly and looks terrible even took the picture to show to the owner. Owner just refused and said this cannot even possible our food cant turn into any thing wrong. Even biryani was little greasy as well. I told the owner its completely refused just for the sake of some bucks. Completely bullshit.
Not recommended!

Food was ok but their service and atmosphere were poor. Staff weren’t that friendly to deal with. Dining area was not that clean and tidy. They are certainly behind their competitors!

Very bad experience. Everytime , the food I ordered, I got rotten salad with that. Today , I talked to one of the female employee . She said we are giving it as a complimentary. I dont understand why they want to garbage that in our homes. Are they making the customers happy with this complimentary rotten salaad or degrading their quality.
