I’m not here to complain about the food—it’s solid. But let’s talk about the blatant portion-cutting happening at Faisal’s Kebab Hut. They’ve seriously started skimping on sides, fixings, and sauces like we wouldn’t notice. Ordering one kebab? You get a tiny side of mixed greens and a single small carton of chutney. Ordering SIX kebabs? Guess what—you STILL get the same measly portion. Make it make sense. Charging more while giving less is a scam, and customers deserve better. Fix this.

Very very bad atmosphere and service .when i went there down stairs was full then i went upstairs then I called her for menu she said u come downstairs and wait when space will be empty then u can order and sit . They didn’t let u sit upstairs and talked very rudely.

Very bad management. Today was the third time i went there and everytime its same. They have sitting arrangments upstairs but they wont let you sit there. If there is no space availible downstairs, they will ask you to leave. Very badly treat you. And rudely say to leave.

Kids running around everywhere, up and down the stairs. I had a lunch box THROWN at my head by the kids upstairs! Just nearly missed my head. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Staff did nothing to intervene.

walked in, not greeted, not seated, the waiter was rude. She rushed us to order the food, she took forever to bring our drinks. Food was good, but she was not nice. She also was constantly eyeing me and my friend. Girl had a bad day! Not cool.
Good Pakistani food full of flavor. First customers of the day and they were very welcoming. Tried butter chicken, biryani,BBQ Platter, karahi and chai. Only thing so so was the karahi, the rest were good especially the seekh kebab.
⚠️The leftovers that customers don’t eat , they mix that back into their food and serve it as a new dish. Thats why the chicken and other dishes have teeth marks on it 🤢🤮 I ALWAYS GET SEVERE STOMACH PAINS and DHREA WHEN EATING HERE, DO NOT EAT HERE! You have been warned ⚠️
