We love Famoso in McKenzie Towne! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Our order is always done in a timely fashion and we are always greeted with smiling faces when we come to pick up. When we call, they confirm our order so that mistakes are not made. They appreciate customer loyalty and always treat us right. Their Neapolitan style pizza is the best! And their gluten free crust is one of the best in the city! Prices are affordable and the food is always consistent. The restaurant is spacious and clean. Can’t recommend them enough!

The restaurant was clean and the food was really good. They offered great lunch specials at a reasonable price. (Highly recommend the tomato bisque!). Our server, Gabi, was friendly and attentive. Located on a cute street in McKenzie Towne with lots of free parking. We’ll be frequent customers

Google says they close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:17pm and was told my family and I couldn't go in because they weren't taking any more orders. If you can't make a pizza in nearly 45 minutes, close your doors, or be smart and put the date of your last call as the time you close so you're not making a fool out of people.

Have ordered take out from here many times. This time, we phone at 8:49 pm and ordered a pizza and we were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived 8 minutes later and were very surprised that it was ready and waiting. Took the box to the car and there was no heat coming off it. It was only lukewarm.
We were home in 4 minutes and it was practically cold. Reheated it in the oven.
It was definitely not a fresh made pizza. Very disappointed. I believe it was an order left over from someone that did not pick up their order and they just reheated it, (barely).
Won’t be back. Very disappointed!

I order pizza from here a few times a month. They constantly screw up when I select no cheese, or non-dairy cheese. They always either send a pizza with cheese or there is something missing from the order. Can’t even get through to them on the phone to talk to someone about it.

We visited early evening as we know Formosa is a great safe bet. Food was good as usual as was the service. Not sure if it was the manage ror owner but this guy was chewing gum with his mouth wide open and stretching his gum with his younger for the duration of our stay! Disgusting!

Family of five for diner for our son graduation . Our food was ready for 10 minutes and I could see it standing in the counter and wasn’t being served. When eventually they decided to serve pizzas was cold. We complained about and the waitress just said sorry and kinda went off and crying. Another waiter came over and said that another client was complaining about.
Waitress were busy discussing with each other than serving food.
I realized to much drama and I don’t care.
One of the worst experience I had.

Went for a family dinner with some senior family members and was far too loud for any of us to understand what was being said at the table. The tomato soup was as fabulous as always, however the margarita pizza was very bland.
