What an incredible dining experience! The food at was absolutely delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Our waiter, Kaashif, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

I have food allergies, and from the moment I mentioned it, Kaashif took the utmost care to make sure I could enjoy my meal worry-free. He double-checked the dish I ordered and even brought out two different salad dressings, letting me choose the one I felt most comfortable with. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is rare these days!

Beyond that, Kaashif was incredibly friendly and polite, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking for amazing Italian food paired with outstanding service. I'll definitely be back!

I ordered their margarita pizza and it’s nothing like what I had at another location. All you can taste is tomato sauce, and the basil was burnt. The Chillie/ oil sauce was just oil. Very disappointed. This is not the first time and will never order again from them.

Pizza was good. We had 8°C outside temperature and inside was the AC on 17°C. At 8:30 pm the staff moved the chairs on the table even the customers were still eating. They have open till 10 pm.That's a no go!! Very uncomfortable atmosphere. The tables looked clean but they're sticky. The server started brooming at 8:45 pm even new people were coming in. We're not coming back. Very sad.

Their pizza is very fresh, and it wasn’t as tangy as I expected. The crust they use for the pizza is also really soft, even after reheating it in the microwave the next day—it still tastes great. Plus, I really like the oven they use for baking the pizza.

I have school and it's my birthday I go to the restaurant with my friends and when I order I didn't get my food I had to go back to school and I did not get food and I starved for the rest of the school day

We've eaten at Famoso's in Kelowna several times. First time here at Country Hills location. Very interesting menu with lots of great items . Our server, Fady, was very informative and courteous. Love this place !
