We ordered two pizzas and upon receiving them we realized the crust is not only burnt, it contained a lot of carbon dust.I asked the person in charge of making the pizza why he is serving us charcoal instead of a decent pizza, his response was: "Our pizza is different from regular stores. We make authentic Italian pizza here". As if he is the only person that has ever seen Italian pizza.I think he meant authentic Italian charcoal. First and last time in this location for me.

As far as a chain restaurant goes, Famoso is a pleasant surprise. The selection is pretty good the kids menu is reasonably priced.My Linguine Pamodoro was quite delicious and my wife's gluten-free Hawaiian pizza was really nice. They catered to gluten-free fairly well.Will visit again.

I entered with low expectations, and still they managed to disappoint me. This location turned out to be a Ricky's, masquerading as a Famoso Italian Pizzeria. Still intent on dining Italian I chose a pizza from their "auxilliary" menu. It was presented with an uber thin crust and a ballooned perimeter. Weird, but not in itself problematic. BUT, 2/3 of the ballooned perimeter was burnt. I mean black, charred, coal burnt. And the interior crust ? So tough that I had difficulty cutting it, even with the serrated knife I borrowed from my companions meal. Overall flavour was "okay", but no saving grace. Service had errors but she did resolve those forthwith (still tipped her 15%).

Dissapointed in my experience-- won't be ordering from here again.Showed up at the scheduled time to pick up my pizzas, and come to find that they hadn't even started them. Unsure as to what happened there, but whatever.The biggest blow for me was the quality (or lack thereof) in the pizza. The sauce was watery, bland, and generally lacked any sort of depth (or salt) whatsoever.The dough was flavorless and seeimingly undercooked.Only giving an additional star because the woman working the front was pleasant to deal with.
This place is one of the finest for Italian style lunch or dinner. We love it!

We've given this location a few chances and they've really missed the mark each time. On two occasions the food was terrible (order was incorrect and then completely bare wings when they were supposed to be salt & pepper and pesto & parm) but the service was ok, and most recently the food was fine and the server was awful. I'd recommend going to a standalone Famoso where it's generally consistent every time. Never going back here.

The happy hour house wine was good. The waitress kept on coming to interrupt my phone conversation asking if I wanted anything to eat even though I said I was there only for the drinks. At last I ordered bruschetta & margarita pizza which wasn't that good. It was super quiet in the restaurant as I was the only person in there.
